Good luck on your journy bud. The same thing happened to me and I sold my funds losing $1k because of Locks bull****. I waited 3 months then was thrown back to the bottom of the waiting list. Hope you get paid

Support got back to me and said that I can make another request in Feb. for free even tho I will get verified for the first in Feb. Its not that you will get two cash outs CIH in a calendar month, but when they take three weeks or so to verify that can bleed from Mid-January to February, where soon in Mid-February I will want to make another request. This will happen every time probably so I will most likely always want to make a request the same month my previous request gets verified.

yes this should be okay. if you make a request feb 2. get verified feb 25 and make another request feb 27, then that second request wont get verified until march. but if you make a request in like jan 20, get verified feb 1, make another request feb 2 and get verified on the second request feb 25, im not so sure the second request will be free, at least according to the way the policy has always been explained in the past. Yes there has been conflicting information given, but the reps have always settled on 2 verifieds in one month = only the first one is free. obviously if shane can confirm this has changed, then great.

OK...my 12/31 withdrawal "failed" and funds returned back to my account. Rather than wait to find out why it "failed" (emailed support, but not confident I'll get a response anytime soon and not sure if Shane will respond), I've decided to go through with another WU request. Let's see how this one pans out.

New WU Request Date: 02/06.

Still haven't heard from the cashier since this happened ?? Almost 48 hours since I asked support why this happenend . What makes this even worst is that Lock Poker never contacted me to let me know that after waiting almost 4 monthes now that the withdrawal failed ??????? Please Shane , anyone at Lock help me ????? At least contact me to explain what is going on . I don't want to lose $ but if I have to sell my Lock $ I'm all for it . I've never done this before , is it safe ? How would I arrange something like this ?

After several emails to support asking for answers this morning. I got 4 or 5 of the same generic responses thanking me for my patience ,cashier would contact me shortly and that I should expect a long wait due to the nature of inquiries ( lol ironic ) . Elle from support messages me this afternoon at 2:33 PM it reads as such :

We endeavored to pay you via Western Union but unfortunately , it was not successful. The message returned was the following : reciever is blacklisted .
We will try to process your payout via our alternative Western Union processor in our casino . The max allowable is $850.00 , so we have submitted a payment for the max . You should recieve your pickup info within 48 hours. But should any issues arise , we will contact you again , All my best , Elle

Why am I blacklisted from Western Union ? In 36 years of life I've never used them , crazy . If I'm blacklisted how does Lock plan to process again on the casino side via Western Union ????? After 52 business days of waiting my western union withdrawal suddenly failed and Lock never told me . I found out on my own . I then resubmitted and it was denied , now this . I dont expect Lock to have my pickup info for me in 48 hours as they claim in the above email . After 3 monthes of lies Lock poker has zero credibility with me ZERO

Have to give credit where credit is due. If you've seen my previous posts, you'll know that my 12/31 payout request was canceled a few days ago. I emailed support yesterday asking why it "failed". Subsequently, I also requested a second payout for most of the funds in my account. Support emailed me back today apologizing for the inconvenience and sent my a WU control # for the second payout request. Just picked up my money. That's Lock Poker service at its best.

I'm a happy customer now.

Exactly why Lock Poker is a joke . I requested a month prior to you and I'm still waiting . Yet you say you got paid and you ' re now a happy customer . When and if ever I get my $ I most certainly won't be a happy customer . It' nice to hear you got paid , good for you . As for Lock Poker service at it's best , thanks I needed a good laugh !

Great. When I contact support about a payout, I get generic response #1,554. When he contacts support he gets snap-paid lol XD

You should read all of what he said tbh. He had to wait a long time first to then be told "your withdrawal failed" to then be told "ah nvm we fixed it" basically. No instant withdrawal ever happened.

but didn't he also request on the 31st? I emailed support just today and received this "Hello,

Once a Western Union payout has been submitted, we will process this within around 7-14 business days. Once done, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your Confirmation Number and Name of the Sender.
