Lock WU Withdraw - Page 135 - Two Plus Two

You should be able to request another for free this month. Support told me it was based on time of request, per calendar month. That's why im hoping my 12/31 request goes from verified to in process before this month ends :/

thats what support has told me in the past before too. but shane and others on the board say its from the date you are approved, not the day you request

Requested first 2k Wu on 12/31 and I wasn't charged a fee. Still waiting for MTCN on that one. Requested another 2k WU today and I was charged the 200 dollar fee on this one. Emailed support telling them about the 1 free per calendar month thing since the first one was last month. Got a somewhat generic reply that all fees are charged (how it used to be on the old system) even though my first one wasn't. Sent another email to make sure. They said my money will be refunded. I'll have to wait and see.

Doing all of the same as the above poster. I also thought it was supposed to have changed so that you can request and receive 2k per calendar month without any fees associated, ever.

Sometimes it just feels like when you email support, you don't really get anything more than a generic answer, as if they don't really know what's going on. One of them told me that the fees are -always- taken and then reimbursed, which was clearly wrong for the new WU system (at least for my 12/31 2k WU cashout that was clean without fees).

Kinda of curious and I wonder if anyone has ever tried this, for the people who have senders info on there western union cashouts and have been waiting a bit longer for there mctn#'s has anyone just tried to go to western union with a valid id to have them just look everything up in there system? My thinking is for people that have there senders info the transaction is basically complete right where just waiting for the mctn# to be switched thru hands? I havent tried this I'm wondering if anyone else has..

The fact that I request a cashout in November, and can't make another free cashout until February is absolutely absurd.

Shane please help.
I requested a withdraw back on 11/1
I got resubmitted to new processor on 11/15
I finally got the sender info almost 2 weeks ago. After emails back and forth with support they say i should get the MCTN. Tonight I look and my $2000 is back in my account with no $200 fee reimbursed and the withdraw says FAILED. Please help

Probably a dumb question, but... Why does the MTCN come after the sender info? According to the western union branch I go to whenever money is sent the MTCN is instantly available so not understanding why we get sender info etc then it takes another week to get the control #. Also the lady mentioned that it may be possible to pick up the $ before the MTCN came through but I haven't been in a rush enough to try that yet anyone heard anything about that before?

For 31sters lol, we are about to exit their 7-14 business day time frame. Which isn't a good sign, but Shane has said in a past post that he would likely add a week to that time frame, to account for attention focused on those who were back logged.

so i just got through talking with lock support i told them today was the 14th bus day and it still says requested... and they said it should be ready for you to pick up next week. "yea" from what i have read it still takes a while for sender info and control number after it is approved. Such a disappointment i was really looking forward to returning to lock but it is just NOT WORTH IT i have several max cashouts on there that i can not get out. ANY AMERICANS LOOKING TO DEPOSIT ON LOCK DON'T DO IT. Go to Americas card room or black chip poker.
