Lock WU Withdraw - Page 126 - Two Plus Two

Same here with my WU going from pending to processing and finally received a response to an email after 2 weeks with the same bs response "you will have it shortly" blah blah blah.

64 for me... have had sender info since December 24, no MTCN.

It doesn't even show up in my pending cashier history now, it's just blank. I have a feeling I'm never going to get it. My original request was 11/1 and now it's not even in the cashier history anymore. Anyone else have this problem?

Yea its b/c its been over 30 days and the history only shows the past 30 days. The same thing just happened to me, I requested my WU withdrawal 11/30 and it finally got processed 12/31. So I was looking forward to seeing if the Sender info came into today when it the withdrawal info was gone. I dont know how to find this info. I clicked on the withdrawal tab on cashier and it just says you have one active withdrawal.

Hmm I see. I thought that b/c at the top of the cashier it says,

"A listing of all transactions, transfers and adjustments that have been updated within the last 30 days.
Please note that all dates and times are in Lock Poker time (GMT)."

I just want to know how I can see if the sender info/control number has manifested. Anyone know where I can see this at if it disspeared from my history page?

When I clicked on the Withdraw tab it just says

You have an active WesternUnion withdrawal
Amount: $1,250.00 ($0.00 in fees)
Status: Requested – Friday, 2012-11-30

that's strange. Today is day 60 for me. I emailed support this morning and they told me the information would reappear in my cashier history and I'd receive an email letting me know it had once all my information arrived.

one thing i really dont understtand, and maybe shane can comment on this if he sees.. WHY did they bring back WU right now,, if the people waiting over 60 days for WU still havent recieved yet?? I dont know really, this just doesnt seem like it makes sense, unless they are going to catch up and get faster all at once..??just wondering

I'm trying to make a WU w/d as I type this but the cashier won't let me. I type in the w/d amount, click w/d, and it looks like it's going through but then it just erases my w/d amount. Almost as if there was an error but no explanation is given? I don't have any pending requests currently so I'm not sure what the issue is. Anybody else experience this?

Yeah if you guys click on withdrawal from the cashier, it'll tell you that you have a pending withdrawal.

No updates or anything though. Hoping I get my MTCN before my Vegas trip on Jan 24

My status for my WU cashout now says "processed" and I got the sender info but no MTCN. anyone got any ideas from there experience how long it takes for hte MTCN to show. i could swear a few days ago the request said pending when the info first showed up.

^^^ right behind you mike. 11/11 nothing at all. Does not even show in the cashier anymore. 54 Days and still getting the same response from support " We are sorry for the delays. " Come on shane help us out man some have been waiting since October. That's ridiculous.

Now my wu withdrawal is listed back in my cashier history with no mention of sender info or mtcn. The only information listed is that same 11/15 timestamp when they resubmitted it, and the status has changed from "pending" to "processed", and now it simply says "requested"

I originally requested on 11/2 and haven't seen anything in the way of sender info or an MTCN. That's 62 days. Just sick on all levels

I'm now assuming that my money has been stolen and I will be contacting Lock's governing body in Curacao.
