Hey Shane can you please tell support to stop using words like "Soon" "very soon" "Shortly" "Next batch" "next week" Makes me want to puke when I see these email responses.. Ive been Declined/Approved on 11-19 and still showing "pending" in my history section...

I don't disagree with your statement. I wasn't suggesting that I should receive my money before anyone who requested a withdrawal before me. The issue is that they don't seem to care. The responses I've received have told blatant lies and I'm starting to get concerned that we may never receive our money. It's not an issue of who requested first, its simply an issue of getting the run around by customer support. I wish everyone the best of luck but I'm not holding my breath.

I thought I would be able to get 2 cashouts by the new year, but looks like I won't even get my first one by then. Haven't been able to request a 2nd one since this one has been processing for nearly 2 months now.

I've never heard of a company sending out checks in batches. Lock is implying that they send out mass checks/WU at once.....then wait a while.......then send out another mass "batch"

What blows my mind is their support doesn't offer anything more than an apology. Not even a Here is a Tournament ticket...please continue to play at our site while you continue to wait for your WU withdrawal.

The fact that all they offer is apologies and no actions other incentives for such a MASSIVE display of poor customer service is beyond inexcusable.

Been waiting 55 days and waiting for WU...Stuck in Pending.

I'm so over Lock, and I am definitely spreading the word about my experiences with Lock as a company.

Just seems so wierd about all of this, seem at one point few months ago that Lock was heading in the right direction by bringing back these freerolls and stuff and WU cash out's was taking 14 days to 20 and seem like it was just getting faster and faster and now the Holidays roll around when people need there money most out of any time which would be a great help, there seem to be no life in the cashier world and no WU. Lock better do something because Black Chip poker left MERGE and went to WPN when they could have came to REV network, but WPN cash out;s are super fast and they are rolling out there Very own Online Poker Series..... Why cannot Lock keep there word like they said when they was going to hold Lock Ops and fastest Cash out's for online poker. Got all these people to follow and support them to death and now there this other poker room that is doing all what Lock said and doing it, and I love Lock to death I love the play on the site, but if Black Chip roll out New software from what I seen with WPN means blackchip poker is showing new software and Online Series with out MERGE is out there and looking to make huge statement for 2013 when the new software looks like improve Poker STars software and even bettter with out things we do not even know bout, Lock please fix this get help from great people here at twoplustwo or something but sometihng needs to be done because I love Lock andd would hate to see you guys not make 180 degree change in the right direction again and do the damn thing. X-Mas to all and all hope Lock starts paying us and all above.

The no extra money for Xmas is really depressing. I know it was stupid of me to figure my 2k WU into my budget but its not like I didn't give extra time for any potential delays. It was not fun explaining this mess to people who I will not have anything for this year. It's ok tho I gave them my apology and promised that they will be in the "next batch" of presents.

The crazy thing I jus found out yesterday from an old email address I dnt use I apparently started a intertops poker account over a year ago while they were accepting u.s players I jus never set the account fully up well after talking with support all I have to do is verify my account details and I can still play with there fast processing it's really gonna motivate me to really put in the time grinding. Tomorrow is my last day grinding lock sunday tournies before I retire the account....:-(

Yeah, I just hit 30 days and still pending.

I will NOT be using Lock anymore and have convinced a lot of my friends of the same once they realized how difficult it is to cash out.

I got my Sender Info Today. I imagine at least another week for the MTCN?? Lost track of the number of days waiting, but thankfully I can put this to rest shortly.

My buddy got his MTCN 12/24 and has CIH. He is from early Oct and had sender info for about a week. Hopefully I am soon... 51 days

One more week and it will be 3 months that I have been waiting for $1,750 on a cashout via WU. After all the generic e-mails with little to no explanation except "queued up in the next upcoming batch".
