There's still a good chunk of people in the mid-late October boat. They are getting us our money slowly but surely. Still I hope they bring back WU.

they should be able to process way more of these every day. I really can't imagine what is taking them this long to process the backlog unless its a processor issue or a money issue.

Hey when they show you the name of the person in the cashier, which order are they in? Middle, First, Last?

Pretty sure it's not a 'middle' name, but that there is a first name, and two last names; one paternal last name and one maternal last name. The WU form u need to fill out asks for each.
The names as given in the Lock cashier: Paternal last name, First name, Maternal last name

thats how i've filled out several WU forms and its always worked.

When I go to the grocery store all I have to fill out is my information, the MTCN, and my signature. You don't even need the senders info, they take care of that.

Yea, that's right. Kind of forgot in my first reply.

I always put the first name in the first name box obv. And then the maternal and then the paternal last names in the last name box.

Goodness, this will surely drag out until after the New Year after reading a lot of you who have been waiting way longer than me. Insane.

11/25: Western Union deposit requested
11/30: Westen Union deposit rejected but then resubmitted and approved
12/18: Still no Control # or MTCN but I got this from the live chat rep...
"We're working quickly to complete this transaction and get you your MTCN soon"

I have a lot of money in my cashier right now that I have refused to play with until I see this cashout processed with money in hand. Looks like I won't be playing until well into 2013 as long as the world doesn't end on 12/21 of course

I see a lot of others have been waiting much longer, but I requested 11/13 which has now been 27 business days. And at this point lock support will not even respond to me on an update. This site is dead to me after I receive my money and sell the rest P2P transfer for .75

In another thread Shane claims WU will be back up in 2 weeks. 1st time we've heard anything more then "very soon". Many more questions will follow if that is true, but its good to hear some hope I guess. Wouldn't bet my mortgage payment on it.

I see that we are just waiting for Western Union to provide us with your MTCN. This should be available within 5-7 business days.

This was dated Nov 21, and that was basically after waiting 30 days....Low and behold we are closing in on ANOTHER 30 days. But I thought the website said 7-14 days....Odd?!?!


I work in a finance/customer relations department for a business...and we are taught that when a customer is considering leaving our service/product that we are supposed to explain the VALUE of our service/product and why it is superior to our competitors. We are also supposed to see if there is any added compensation or value that we can provide the customer for their loyalty and/or patience while we resolve an issue.

I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO ANYTHING THAT I HAVE LISTED. I AM NOT EVEN EXPECTING A FREE HAND OUT, BUT HONESTLY THAT WOULD GO A LONG WAY IN AT LEAST SHOWING THEIR IS GENUINE CONCERN ABOUT MY ONGOING ISSUES!!!!

I appreciate an apology, but expect one an apology is issues that the resolution of my issue is met...When it is not, and I continue to only receive apologies, I have to re-evaluate my decision to do business with this company.
