The payout was declined and resubmitted via a faster processor, sorry for any confusion caused.
I see that we are just waiting for Western Union to provide us with your MTCN. This should be available within 5-7 business days.
This was dated Nov 21, and that was basically after waiting 30 days....Low and behold we are closing in on ANOTHER 30 days. But I thought the website said 7-14 days....Odd?!?!
I work in a finance/customer relations department for a business...and we are taught that when a customer is considering leaving our service/product that we are supposed to explain the VALUE of our service/product and why it is superior to our competitors. We are also supposed to see if there is any added compensation or value that we can provide the customer for their loyalty and/or patience while we resolve an issue.
I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO ANYTHING THAT I HAVE LISTED. I AM NOT EVEN EXPECTING A FREE HAND OUT, BUT HONESTLY THAT WOULD GO A LONG WAY IN AT LEAST SHOWING THEIR IS GENUINE CONCERN ABOUT MY ONGOING ISSUES!!!!
I appreciate an apology, but expect one an apology is issues that the resolution of my issue is met...When it is not, and I continue to only receive apologies, I have to re-evaluate my decision to do business with this company.
