Got this in an email today.

"We will email you as soon as your funds have been sent. Unfortunately, until then it is just a matter of waiting. I apologize profusely for the obvious inconvenience this causes."

So it's just a matter of waiting huh. Everyone can just relax because all is needed is some waiting. FFS this is so frustrating.

So it seems nobody in that agency has made the chaos any better and they truly have no idea what they're doing from one day to the next. This is a company with some serious issues that aren't being addressed.

When companies are run this poorly, generally the only way for recovery is a complete restructuring of management and the board.

this is so lame. My family asks me how im doin on online poker so i tell them i win 2.5k in a weeks time and i cashed it out. Also said based on other players around the time it would take 17-21 days and not business days. So i told them ill get my money in 3weeks. Asked for money 10-16 and now my family and gfs family looks at me like im a re re lol. They keep saying its a scam or have u gotten ur money yet? If u owed them money they will take it from u right away. Can u do anything abt it? Go back to school. The whole time i make up excuses and defend lock. The problem is my excuses dont even make sense to me. Anyways Ive hit day 59 with checks that were requested around same time have gotten them. Im at the forget it dont email, dont play, dont post on forums, and just check history time to time if i feel like it. It will get here someday i hope. Gl everyone if i ever get MTCN And CIH ill let you all kno.

I requested a check from Lock 12/3 after reading these horror stories and hearing my friend's own experiences with WU. I figured I would wait the 6-8 weeks and by then, hopefully, WU will be running.

I was under the assumption I could not also request a WU while the check was pending, but read

Have you, or anyone, had both methods of payment pending at the same time and does that work? I want to join the legion of people getting screwed by their WU methods but not at the risk of losing my pending check that I should probably get around Opening Day of the MLB season.

I am not an expert on this at all as I just requested my first cashout (via check) yesterday. But I believe WU is not an option for anyone right now. I have read all these threads and it was suppose to be down for a couple of days that has turned into weeks as of now.

I haven't seen anyone come on with a new update on when or if that option will be back. But like I said I am new to LOCK and this is my first cashout so will see I guess. GL though Hope we both see ours within the next 30ish days

I was under the impression it had returned, and they were just catching back up with the October batch or whatever was the problem, but that newer requests had been processed.

But if you requested a payout yesterday and didn't come across a Western Union option, that pretty much settles that.

I suspect when MarcusMPGs cashout finally comes in that WU will go back online. I'm also part a backlog of WU cashouts and I think they are trying to get all of the current WUs out before they allow that cashout option again.

I'm not showing WU as an option when attempting to cash out today either.. pretty frustrating when your options consist of request a check and be guaranteed to wait 3 months to get it or stand around hoping the WU option comes back up eventually..

Every time i make a minimal deposit, top guys @ Visa (not citibank, not my concierge) call to inform me there's a fraudulent charge and they will issue a new card right away. If you want me to destroy Lock's Visa processing ability let me know. I'm all for it.

Good idea. This will make it harder for all the fish to redeposit. Maybe it will even get the attention of others and help shut down lock and more poker sites for us players. I'm getting tired of playing poker anyways...

By the way, They are not calling telling you it is fraud. They are calling telling you it looks suspicious based on your buying patterns. Unless of course you frequently do visa charges from random European businesses.

It is for your protection that visa calls you. Not because they think its fraud. When I deposit on new sites I actually call visa and tell them what I'm doing as I process it

Actually in this case, it has nothing to do with our purchasing patterns. I was informed that the processor has one of the lowest tiers for credit card processing but has large volume transactions not associated with small firms. Of course it's always possible the guys at visa don't know what they are talking about.
