Aproved 3/1, still no word from lock about this or my payout... getting a little upset seeing that others have recently cashed off and i have been waiting nearly 2 weeks.
Will update once i recieve mtcn#
Well i recieved an email stating the beneficiary name (mine) is "Black Listed"
WTF kind of a responce is that? How is that even possible being i have only used WU 4 times in my LIFE. I am talking with support still about this matter and find it quite ridiculous.

Support can definitely help, just wanted to point out that the 'Black Listing' is done by WU. not sure what would cause someone to become that way though, I've only dealt with one other user that had it happen to them.

Thanks

WU came in ~5 days after req.

Requested WU for 250 on monday, got email with mtcn number and pick up info on thursday or 3 days later, successfully got my cash in hand. Now just waiting on my reimbursement of 25 from support. Now is it a free cashout if I do one say on Feb 28th and then one of March 5th? Like is it a free one for each calender month or does 30 days have to pass since the last one?? Can anyone answer that, rizen or shane?

I tested myself today to see if indeed this "black listing" was the case, which it is in fact not. I was able to recieve funds from a friend via WU... my name has no flags... very disappointing.

Figured out the issue. I'm on vacation and can apparently only pick up the WU transfer in my home state. Didn't realize that!

Calendar month.

If you do one in January, your next free cashout will be in February. So no, you don't have to wait "x" amount of days from cashing out. It's one free per calendar month.

what does Black Listed mean? that you're banned from WU??
and why would Lock only give certain people their money and not all of us? this is bs its been since 2/24 that i requested $250 via WU and still no word, emailed support a few times but they have nothing to say about it

Still waiting on my reimbursement, I sent support a couple emails and also Rizen was CC'd -nothing yet--its been 12 hours but I guess Ill give them a little time -last month tho I was reimbursed with 2 hours of emailing them so I guess that's why Im getting ancy....how long does it take after you pick up your money and send them an email requesting reimbursement do they actually send it to you? a day?

**WARNING**

There are predator scammers around who see desperation in some of the posts itt.

They will PM and offer you help to get money off.
One poster here recently received a fake $$ code and transfered the Lock funds before finding out that the code was bogus.

Please forward ALL such PMed trade requests to me and I will check them out for you.

Dude relax, you aren't going to get ripped off on your fee. I'm guessing your lack of patience has something to do with you cashing off your entire roll and waiting for the reimbursement ?

Can anyone here who lives in New York tell me if they have had a successful withdrawal via WU. I don't wanna deposit on lock if I can't withdraw obv and I hear rumours that NY state has issues. It's not a new account I deposited many times like a year ago. Thanks.
03-12-2012 , 11:29 AM
NY is one of the states where real money play is no longer allowed, so you shouldn't be able to deposit if you live there anyways anymore

I deposited via Visa, now I want to cash out some funds with WU... would I have to deposit using WU first before having this option available to me? If so, could I just deposit $50-100 and then just cash out after that gets processed? Is there a minimum amount of hands I'd have to play before I can cash out after a deposit? I've emailed support the past three days with no luck on getting a response, is this typical with their service?
