Thanks.

Ill add that also there's been a big gap between receiving the declined/accepted email an actually getting the MTCN number to show in your history. Used to be 2-5 days. Now it's more like 9-13 days

requested 10/17
accepted 11/12

11/20 no MTCN#

Read previous post

11/12 + (9-13) days = 11/21 - 11/25

I'd say any day now it will appear in history. That's been the pattern

I req. 10-15
11/9 pending
11/19 approved sender name info showed up

so 9-13 days from 11/9 or from when sender info showed

From 11/9 and I'm guessing based on current experiences.

It's weird though. I have two more pending

One from 11/3 that has sender info and no MTCN. And one from 11/15 that already popped up to top of history without sender info. The first says accepted and the second says pending while my latest one that worked says success.

Based on that maybe we should be thinking of timing after sender shows. Either way my one from 10/14 received the number on 11/16 so hopefully you see yours soon

Good luck

yeah, the info has been there since the 11/12. this is the third time have cashed out. first time 14 days, second time 24 days, this time its been 33 days now.

I'm probably just done playing cash games considering this wait time to get my money. Very discouraging to only be able to get 2k off every month or so, when you're depositing to grind bonuses. Nearly impossible to make a decent income.

I tried doing a WU at a bank that offered WU services. I tried 2 different times. one when my first name was truncated (but still the name I use on EVERY single legal document, signing a check, etc) and didnt match precisely with my ID. After changing my lock account info for the next cashout, I tried the same location again, and was turned down because now I didnt include my middle name. The banker told me they have more stringent requirements than other vendors or something like that. I took the same WU tranfer slip to a grocery store WU both occasions, and had no problems, in and out within a few minutes. Based on my experience, a WU store, or chain grocery store/check cashing outlet might be more simple than a bank for WU service.

I use a bank and have never provided a middle name.

Requsted: 10/19
Approved: 11/12
MTCN and CIH: 11/19
11-20-2012 , 06:43 PM
Requested - 10/18
Declined/Approved - 11/7
Sender Info/MTCN - ??????

This is ridiculous day 13 after decline/approve and nothing... i contacted live support 3 times over past 2 weeks and got same answer everytime. "Sorry for such long wait you should have your money in 2-3 days..." that was like 10 days ago. Contacted Shane and still no money. Lock is a joke and never will get business if this keeps up. id rather go play on Merge with their new processor.
11-20-2012 , 06:49 PM
Support told me there was a problem with one of the processors that received some of the cashout requests from mid-October and we got resubmitted to a new processor.

Hello everybody,

I have been playing on LOCK for awhile now and I have to say that the withdrawl process as of late has been a nightmare. I emailed them over and over and over and over and over. Same auto(generic) responses every time from random csr's that work there...

So it begins on October 3- I ask for a cashout. They take my money and say that it is being processed for a cashout. Oh and lets not forget that $25 fee that is taken out so for god knows what. I give it 2-3 weeks and sent them polite emails asking where my money is. First response says it has been approved give it 10 business days...so I wait another two weeks. I send another email. Same response. 10 business days. Then I find out it hasn't been approved. I write another email saying I was very disappointed with the false promises. I get a response saying it is actually 6-8 weeks to process. oooookkkkk??? wtf??

So by this point I have paid a $25 fee forrrr........????

So this goes on for a bit...I give it another few weeks. Now it is Nov19(yesterday). I sent a message asking where my check is...again. Response:...drumroll plz...you guessed it... 10 business days!!!! LOL

I am so fed up with the site. They assured me they forwarded my email to the cashier department about 4 times...and there might be a delay in getting back to me lolol. Well never got a response...probably because there is NO cashier department. I guess they can take your money in a blink of an eye.. but when you ask for a simple withdrawl all hell breaks loose. Anyways its Nov 20...I have no answers, no eta on a check, no tracking numbers, no human responses and I am out the money I cashed out plus a $25 fee. My buddy that I went to high school with is a pro in vegas and he told me to email RIZEN...I CC him on every email...and have I ever heard from him?....nope...just crickets.

Could someone please explain the need for a third party payment processor for withdrawals. As someone who works in the banking industry, a "payment processor" charges a fee to process visa, mc, etc and this is because they have to collaborate with a visa, mc, etc approved bank to process the non-physical cards. This is understandable because it is extremely hard to enter the payment processing industry.

When your two options are check and WU, why is a third party "payment processor" needed to waddle their ass over to WU or the post office, with transfer slips & money or with a printed check, respectively?? I would understand if it was a bank transfer but such isn't the case. Also immediately after you request your WU withdrawal, the option disappears for a while (100% of all WU withdrawals). Coincidence? I think not. It would be naive on the very basic levels to accept these excuses. There is only so long you can continue to run underfunded GTD tournaments. But don't believe me... look for yourselves.

The whole process is not necessarily legal. Having processors get caught is a lot better than lock reps getting caught. This is what I've always assumed.

^^Right! Because apparently it is very easy dodging federal indictments.^^If you read carefully, my comment had nothing to do with legality but more about Lock's modus operandi. In countries like Antigua where the corruption is so pronounced and commercial law is a joke, a foreign entity would be lucky to win a suit there. Only the scum of the earth would need this kind of protection. It begs to reason how a country with only 85k population houses 2/3 all poker sites offering US deposits. If you think you have any "rights" to your money in Antigua think about this...... US investors were already bilked out of $8 billion.

Hey when doing a WU cashout do you need to verify your identity as well as your birth date as well? I emailed lock a long time ago about the fact that I accidentally entered my birthday on the site as 03/03 instead of 03/04 while registering and they said they'd change it. I just noticed it never was changed and I have two WU cashouts pending. I just wanted to make sure this wasn't going to affect my ability to get the money when I went to pick it up.

It won't matter. You just need to show your drivers license to prove your name not your birthdate to get your WU
