Just FYI, 5-7 business days is their total standard reply in regards to cashout times, but totally out of touch with reality.

They say 5-7 business days to my Skrill cashout aswell that's taking close to a month now.

same here the least the guy could do is respond although at this point not sure what he could even say to make sense of this all. suppose he'll remain silent til were paid if that ever happens. fingers crossed

even more tilting is the fact that people that withdrew weeks after me have mtcn numbers or at least sender info.

Could shane at least comment on this ?

It appears to me that they are getting slower and worse with cashouts now as opposed to a few weeks ago when they were looking better. A couple guys listed above me have been waiting nearly two months on wu cashouts which is honestly just ludicrous.

is it just me, or when u request a WU withdraw, they always leave 1% of your withdraw in the casino balance?

They take the full amount of your request ($2,000)
Calculate .90 of that ($1,800)
Add 10% for fee ($180)
Put the difference back in your casino account ($2,000 - $1,980 = $20)

Funny but i'm not complaining. Saves me $20 on a $2k cashout request

quick question for those whom got mtcn #'s today did u have ur sender info already or did it all come today. i req 10-15 still nothing. no sender info obv no mtcn.

Do they just throw darts at a corkboard to figure out which cashouts to process, and when to do it? There seems to be no logical queue, with some people waiting 2 months+, others having partial info and waiting a few days/weeks for MTCN, and still others that get auto-approved and paid quickly. WTF?

Having playthrough requirements on transfers is fine, but i had no idea they did this. The most frustrating part is they waited 2 weeks to say I couldnt submit the cashout. This should be flagged instantly and not even be allowed to submit a request if I have a playthrough to clear. I was going out of town/not playing online for a couple weeks, hoping to have cash in hand around the time I returned home. had I been informed at the time I made the cashout request, I would have pounded out some volume to make sure everything went through.

I got the blank line on 11/3. The send info showed up about 4-6 days later then the MTCN today

I have another pending request I kicked off on 11/3 and it already is accepted but has blank info

totally agree seems to be no rhyme or reason. starting to think all the bitchy e mails slash posts ive sent put me way on the back burner. who really knows maybe imjustshane but obv he doesn't comment on anything.

maybe it's a case of whom you know and who u blow.
