Lock Support

Hello,

Thank you for your email. Please note your case is currently being looked at by our Cashier team, however again I’m afraid their response will not be as quick as our front line support and we’d again ask for your patience. Sorry for not being of more immediate help.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Sean.

Well, my response was deleted, which doesn't make much sense since your opening salvo contains base, ignorant insults against me yet is still somehow posted, but allow me to put on my kids' gloves for a G rated response:

I hardly see how comparing the dishonorable J Holmes to a lifeless mechanized instrument of destruction, like I've done, could be taken as a show of support or attention-seeking by your average intelligent bear, but whatever.

I realize this is off topic, but yeah, um, so was his? So maybe if this gets deleted, his should as well? Hmmm?

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

I don't understand how people who submitted their cashout requests days after mine or others get approved and have cash in hand before ours. It has been ~19 days since I submitted mine, and it's still showing up as requested. This is getting to be quite annoying.

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

What is the minimum/maximum withdrawal amount on Lock via WU?

Is there a fee for using WU? I understood there was a 10% fee but someone recently told me that was only if you cashed out more than once per month.

Thanks!

It's 10% regardless, but they reimburse you one fee per month.
As far as when you will be reimbursed, that varies wildly. For some it happens relatively quickly, while for others, like myself, it's pretty much a complete uncertainty. Still waiting going on three weeks, also waiting for approval. Nooooooo telling, sir.

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

WU cashout requested 7/16 and still no control number. This seems abnormally long compared to the average turnaround in this thread correct?

Money transfer control number, I believe.

I would encourage those waiting for payout info to be patient, it seems that Lock is trying hard to get everything under control.
Yes, it sucks that they advertise one experience and deliver another, but aggressive douchebaggery won't get you your money any faster. Be patient and be polite as possible, especially to the reps, and it'll likely turn out for the best, or at least better than threats and giving yourself an apoplectic fit.

And no, I'm not shilling for Lock.

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

Just requested my first WU withdrawal. - I immediately contacted support and asked to have the 10% fee reimbursed.

I received a response from support within a few hours saying that they've forwarded the email to the cashier support staff.

I received an email from JDB soon after the initial request for withdrawal, giving me a receipt.

I'll keep you all up to date on what happens.

My cashier page has been updated to reflect the transaction. - It shows a withdrawal request as well as a withdrawal approval. - So far I have not received any more emails from either Lock or JDB. Updates to come.
