Unfortunately they took $200 out as a fee which was then credited back to my account.
Good for you.
But that's messed up for the rest of us who have been waiting months!!!
Lock is soooo screwed up.

Has anyone received MTCN since the crisis (on May 3rd)?

Requested WU for $800 on 4/12, no emails or anything from lock. Log on to lock and my withdrawal still says "requested." I've basically given up on this money, I figure if I ever get it it'll be a nice little bonus. I've never transferred any money to anyone on lock or had any transferred to me, actually only played there a couple of weeks (didn't like it too much). Should I expect to receive my funds, or am I in the same boat as everyone else?

youve been waiting less than a month. some requests have taken as long as 3 months to process, so i wouldnt give up just yet. none of us know for sure if we will get our money, but I think the consensus is to assume that you very well may not see it and if you do then it is a nice little surprise. There's also no guarantee that the date of your request will correlate to when/if you receive it. Many requests from March/April went through while Jan/Feb requests remain unfulfilled.

Mine has been 3 months... I am just curious if Lock has stopped processing cashout all together since they pulled the ads on 2p2 and Shane stopped responding questions in forums.

Heh could be. Of course it's hard to really know. It's not like they will make an announcement saying "attention Lock players: our ponzi fraud has collapsed and now we will be running off with all your money. do not expect to receive any more deposits." So all we can really do is wait and see if anyone does receive a withdrawal. But I think it's too early to know if they've cancelled all withdrawals. There have been times before where days passed without any reports of successful cashouts.

Yea i've read about the nightmarish wait times others have had for withdrawals, which is the main reason I'm expecting to just not receive any money. I was just wondering if since I've never transferred or had funds transferred to me, am I in the same situation as the people who have done transfers?

So I just received this email:

Lock Support
MAY 06, 2013 | 05:11PM EDT

Hello *****,

Thank you for your email.

We are sorry for the issue. We do not receive intermediate updates during a cashout request that has been delayed so our responses cannot vary too much as we can only relate to you that we will have your cashout with you as soon as possible during the requested processing time.

When your details have been made available we will be in contact with you to supply you the details.
In saying this, players who have been delayed are receiving their cashouts daily. We will have a resolution for yours shortly too.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Jake

I guess he's right, in that most players receive their cashouts on days that are days?

I requested mine in early April and still waiting. Right at 4 weeks now. Max western union.

If you got sender info you should be able to get your cash now.. did it come with a control number?

Requested 2/6
Verifed 4/2
Sent email to support around 4/30
MTCN 5/3
Cash In Hand 5/6

It seems that all I really needed was that email to support, and it got the ball rolling. I would suggest a kind, understanding email to support for the people that have been waiting a few months.

lol'd. Clearly everyone waiting months for their money just hasn't been kind enough to support.

In all seriousness, it is pretty obvious by this point that Lock support has absolutely nothing to do with the payout process. Any email to or from support with regards to a cashout has absolutely no meaning. They can't expedite cashouts and they have no idea when they're coming.

Did you get MTCN and sender info on the same day? Thanks

So you think it is just a coincidence that I received the MTCN 3 days after emailing them?

And I never said that being kind enough to support got me the money.. I'm just saying that sending an email in general might help, and being nice about it is probably the best way to go.
05-07-2013 , 07:25 PM
The new generic message is that your payout is in the next batch!!!
05-07-2013 , 07:47 PM
As far as I can tell, I am the earliest person still waiting on a withdrawal. I requested on 1/5. Doesn't mean anything with the way people have paid out, but incredibly frustrating.
