Still waiting from October 26th...When I withdrew then I was hoping to get it before christmas, but that looks unlikely at this point.

This is the resposnse I got from Lock regarding when the WU option would be available again.

The Western Union withdrawal is currently not available, but we are working to bring it back in the new year.

Our current check timeframe is 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery. We try our best to process payouts quickly but occasionally will require the alloted timeframe given.

Shane says two weeks. Customer service says hoping to in 2013.

No one knows what is going on. Lock must be the worst company to work for.

No one here should hold Shane personally accountable. He doesn't know what is going on either. I think we all know and speculate what is really going on because that is the only thing THAT MAKES ANY SENSE. I imagine Shane fed a very little bit of info that sometimes is true, and quite often not true. Shane just tells us what others tell him to say.

I assume Shane is asking for more info from the higher ups because it must really suck to log on here every day and have to deal with all this. (I am surprised you even post here anymore tbh)

This mess isn't Shane's fault. He doesn't know much. The truth is that he really is JUSTSHANE.

I did post my update on Monday so really that 2 weeks would run out just before the new year.

I have asked the cashier guys which it really is, if I was to guess I would say that the support team were just extending it a little to allow some extra leeway.

I have finally given up on lolock. I initiated my cash out on 11/12 was denied the 19th where I received an email response saying it was resubmitted. Recieved an email on 11/26 saying I would recieve my MTCN by the end of the week. It has now been over 5 weeks and it still shows as pending. To make matters even worse, i requested a withdrawal by check on 12/10 which was cancelled this morning. The email said for me to resubmit after I recieve my Western Union. I am officially done playing on this site until I have cash in hand.

I understand how you feel, but get in line. There is a bunch of people ahead of you, and as much as it sucks seeing people who requested after you get paid, the people in front of you deserve to get their money first.

I feel your pain. Are cashouts are right around the same time. Makes me sick to see people who requested two or three weeks after and have cash in hand. Still receiving the same copy and paste emails when i contact support i about gave up myself. I probably wont play here until they straighten this issue out. When that will happen probably never.

His point is that he should've at least been allowed to do the other withdrawal since its not his fault this one wasn't completed on time.

I guess that makes sense if you he didn't know that he could only do one cashout at a time. Like I said in the other thread, maybe I was being a jerk unnecessarily, just see alot of posts in these threads where people are only concerned about their money and how long they've been waiting. We're all in the same boat.

I have the same exact dates as you. Still waiting and still getting the "Very shortly" "Soon" "Should" "next batch" ETC... responses from support... Such a joke!!
