Yep this has to get sorted. If they can't make the cashout times faster, then at least their alternative should be being able to request multiple withdrawals at the same time, rather than only one.

Yes. I had one from 11/16 go to history with a sender name and then it failed over ther weekend with money back to the casino I figured it was just because I managed to get three withdraws going at same time So they canceled one.

Im just curious about the mid to late october cashouts that are obviously lagging behind the newer ones. Why are we being completely ignored/shafted on this deal when others have gotten their cash in hand days after requesting??

Wouldn't surprise me. I hate to say it but my advice to people is to stay away from everything but bovada. Those guys are crying when they don't get their fed ex checks in a week, it takes us 2 months to get a western union (if we are lucky). I tried to be as patient as possible but now im just pissed. The lack of communication, the copy and pasting and telling me its days away by support reps , it's all just beyond frustrating.

Sure with rakeback and rake chase the best value is on lock. But it does you no good if you're waiting 2 months per cashout, impossible to grind a living, or even grind a supplemental income like some of us do on our days off.

Nov 12th Denied/Confirmed & $180 fee put back into account.
Nov 15th Emailed Shane as he requested everyone do if your WU cashout takes longer than 15 business days [it was 16]. Other people are receiving their Sender info who requested cashouts after me. I have NO Sender info.
Nov 18th Heard nothing until this date, says he sent an email to cashout dept to follow it up.
Nov 19th I email Shane saying thank you and please fill me in with an update. Have heard nothing from him since Nov 18th or to this date.
Nov 20th I email Lock poker getting worried as my request is at 28 days. They email me back 5 minutes later saying they had to resubmit it to a new processor a while ago to "bypass the delay." hah.
Nov 24th As other cashout requests are seeing CIH from November, I email Lock looking for an update or answers and again they give me the "we have no information just wait" response. I email back saying this is unacceptable. I want an update. They respond saying the cashier department will be in contact. I get another email saying they are waiting for WU to give them my MTCN and it will be posted next week. Does it take that long to get it from WU?
Nov 27th DAY 35. STILL. NOTHING.

I am honestly very disgusted with this whole thing. People who have requested in ****ing NOVEMBER are already seeing cash-in-hand. makes me sick.

It has been 42 days since my initial cash out request on 10/16 and 3 full weeks since I was told that my request was forwarded to a faster processor. By my math, that is 21 days with each. I have been patient up until now but this is simply an unacceptable amount of time to wait. I know there is nothing I can do on my end to speed up this process, I just hope that whomever receives this on your behalf is competent enough to do something about it.

Yeah most would say that I'm one of the more "shill-types" (though I'm not, honestly) about Lock but even I have to wonder why Lock isn't a little more honest and forward here regarding these payouts. I mean, is it such a need-to-keep secret thing as to why "processor changes" are resulting in such odd abnormalities? At the very least, it would be nice to hear something more than "the security team is looking into it", or the like. If for no other reason than to address player fears, which tend to look bad for business.
