Correct. You could enter $1 just to see what is prompted (the cashout methods) and then just exit the window.

I got cash money baby within 72 hours as promised, maybe it was a bit longer? idc tho. I also got reimbursed the fee within 2-3 hours after sending them an email at support@lockpoker.com asking for the fee back since it was my 1st of the month. Lock is going to kick a$$ in 2012 if they keep this up. I just hope it is consistent as I see some people whining they cant collect in a timely manner, but after talking to support im convinced its rare. Happy US player here, but I still rather play live as online is harder than my _ _ _ _

In regards to all of the people who are using WU...can you confirm if you had to go through the account verification process? I haven't, but my withdrawal was requested on 2/7 and has not changed since then.

all accounts need to be verified before cashing out or transferring. you might as well send in the needed documentation because you inevitably will be required to.

I actually did not. Could be part of the reason it took a day or 2 longer than I thought it would, but WU worked fine for me without verification.

It's not in my drop-down box either, looks like they removed it. Sad day.

I also saw "EricLynch" sitting down at .25/.50 cent PLO and I sat down to ask him and he did not respond to me. Shortly after, he left the table and moved to another table.

I am sorry we missed your call. I am afraid we are depend on our Merchant's hours of operations and they closes at 10PM EST and does not reopen until 9AM EST.

Payouts via Western Union is not currently available to the public due to very strict merchant limits. Once we are able to offer it again, it will be reactivated again in the cashier. The option we have at this time is check and is completed within 2-3 weeks.

Well I guess I was one of the last people to do Western Union, I got mine a couple days ago. I'm sure the local spearmint rhino is glad I got my money.

So basically...Here is how I can comprehend this issue with WU.

The merchant used to process the WU withdrawals have hit their max. The merchant has processed and sent the money to players. THEN the merchant will NEED to receive the money from LOCK and then WU will open up again for players.

Are we talking a week, a couple of days or a month or year that this will be available again for WU. This bothers me that it was offered for only one month and then all of a sudden gone AGAIN.
