my buddy just used it for the first time. pretty sure it only took a day. WU seems quick but 10 percent fee sucks.

he went down to the seven eleven (with WU in it i guess) or whatever and they gave him a debit card with the $$ on it.

Ahh u guys are lucky.. mine is still "authorized" no yet "in progress" I guess because I requested mine late at night on the 1st. Hopefully ill be able to pickup the $$ tomorrow, because were coming up and now surpassing the 62hr mark lol.

Did any of you guys receive your mtcn # yet? Have u guys picked up your $$ yet? Was it cash or a stupid prepaid "debit card"? I really need the cash so I am hoping on that rather than a debit card. Hopefully mine will be sent out tomorrow. I hate playing the waiting game, but this is definitely better than waiting 4 - 6 weeks for a check!

As for being reimbursed, support got back to me today saying that my acct will be reimbursed as soon as the payment is sent out to me. So I suggest that you guys email support asap if you got hit with the 10% WU fee's.

Keep us updated once you receive the mtch #, get paid, get reimbursed, etc..

What happened with you in regards to the WU fee? They had told me that they were going to credit me back the $45 they got me for because they offer 1 free WU a month.

I will send them an email asking if I can get the 10% back considering it is the first withdraw of the month after I pick the $ up, see where that goes..... As far as the MTCN # I got this email today roughly 3 hours after I emailed them and asked for the MTCN#

I am happy to report that I have received my money in full, cash, via western union. Was alittle sketchy, the money came from nicaragua, but I got the cash in hand so I am extatic. Got the email today around noon, went to my local wu branch only to find out they stopped doing western unions. So I had to go to the next town over and get the $ from a local grocery market.

I requested my western union on February 3rd at 2:00am. How do I find out when it gets authorized? Do they send you an email? I've tried finding out about the status of it on the cashier, but I can't find any information about the withdrawal.

Go to lockcasino.com, log in.

Click the "cashier" tab, up top on the left.

Click the "withdrawal" tab & it should then say "1 pending payouts" or something along those lines. Click that and you will be able to review the status of your withdrawal.

It will take about 3 - 4 days. Each day is a different step seems like, but it was very quick IMO.

They will only email you twice. Once when you request the withdrawal, and then one more time on the 4th day giving you the control # & the senders name & info and tell you that you can go pick it up.

Just waiting on them to credit the WU fee back into my acct and then we are all good. Very impressed with locks new cashier and very impressed on the payment times. Way to go lock!

they never sent me anything about it being authorized. i just got the email with the sender's info and handling # it saying "payout processed". i wouldn't bank on getting it on a sunday, but from what i'm reading and through my experience, you should definitely have it by monday for sure.

Haha and get this.. After a little playing with that $45, I turned it into $465!!

I just tried doing another WU cash out but looks like im going to have to wait until the 7th or the 8th before I can do another. I think WU is an awesome process, although, the checks seem to be going through real quick too. But atleast this route you wont have to wait until your check clears or risk of it bouncing. Atleast this way they just give you straight up cash.

Id like to just sit on my bankroll, but I put $350 in my vault and left myself $115 to play with. Entered a tournament that was out of my league and wasted damn near $50 in that. I lost quickly. Right now I am playing heads up .25/.50 NL and again, I am not doing so well. Im about to leave because this guy I am playing against is hands down just a better player than I am and I don't want to risk anymore money. Ugh.. I am down to just about $50 from that $115 =(

Filled out the control number, sender and location and the gave it to the guy behind the counter and he paid me in cash the exact amount I was hoping for. I then returned home an hour ago or so and sent lock support an email asking for the reimbursement back for my 1st withdrawal and it was credited to my acccount within an hour of writing them...AWESOME JOB LOCK.
