its great, if you can actually access it. have not been able to access at all, and not surprisingly, been given the run around by Lock support

If you are a RB player, support has to activate it manually for you. I thought after a certain amount of rake, it just turns on, but apparently that's just for VIP.

Vault is great. In my opinion one of the best things any poker site offers their players. I use ti daily and since my cash back goes right into my vault it's easy to see how much you received exactly per session. I wouldnt swap my vault for nothing.

How do you make your cash back go into your vault?

Cash back is credited automatically to your vault on intervals. Once you have access to your vault you can login to the vault and track all VIP cash back (rake back) payments from the vault screen by clicking on "view transactions" which will also show you deposits and withdrawls you've made to and from your vault.
