Just opened the client and it downloaded an update. Any idea what's contained in this update?

So far I only see cosmetics... It looks like they got rid of the border around the windows, and in the sng/tourney lobbies there is a button to minimize the tournament data.

I also noticed a tab labeled "gold" at the top of the sng and tournament lobbies.

my AV freaked out and blocked the download. something about a SONAR.heuristic virus!??? now its saying I have to reinstall the program. anybody know anything?

For some reason HEM1 isn't bringing up it's HUD correctly on all of my tables since the update. Any idea why this would be happening?

It is working fine for me on micro stakes cash tables (once I set my Additional HUD Filters properly). For some reason my Add HUD Filters were set to '2 to 2' for 6max and the opponent HUDs were all showing 0 hands but once I set the filters properly it worked as expected.

Please try updating to the latest forum build linked in our notices at the top of our forums. If that doesn't work please search our FAQs for 'my hud doesn't work' and send us the answers to the questions in the FAQ. I am sorry for no links but I am not allowed to link to our site/faqs outside of our support thread.

Thanks for the response, turns out all I had to do was move each individual window a tiny bit and all the HUDS for that table appeared. Not to big a deal since I don't have a ton of tables up but I would imagine that could get annoying for mass multi tablers. I'll try and post here again if the problem persists in case there are others that have the same issue.

For some reason when I try to download the update it gets all the way to 100%, and then restarts again. This is very frustrating

I get the send error report thing probably at least once a day or every other day....kind of annoying but used to it lol

it also happened to me today that while I was playing NL20 cash games I couldn't make use of any other open progs such as browser, skype, media player...

Clicking on a window behind the table(s) or task bar wouldn't bring them up and I also couldn't right-click anything (desktop, taskbar).

The moment I closed the client everything else went back to normal.

java error was resolved quickly. I'm also able to access windows behind the tables again. Switched of the flashing table option in the client settings.

I'd wish some other, long standing bugs, would get fixed.

* having to close the client when you won a ticket in order to use it. Specially on step SnG's this is a pain in the rear since you always need to close the client and login again in order to register for the next step.

* rematch option for HU sng's

* custom avatars

* Also, I like the new black hairline drawn around the client main window. I wish the developer would have used the same hairline to draw a border around open tables.

* Add a "slide left" button to the sliding banner space on top of the client. The current gray bar looks like the box is oversized and not like a "click to scroll" button.

The update failed on me as well - Norton freaked out and gave me these three warnings:
SONAR.heuristic, Bloodhound.Sonar.9, and Suspicious.cloud.7.EP.

Support told me just to put it in the safe part of my firewall.. I can't make them understand it is coming from the AUTO UPDATE and the download filed from their website..

This is what I get from them:

I seriously wonder by the way if they're capable of taking screenshots of your desktop while you have their software running etc.

Then I have to say that if they can take screenshots of your screen.. they are doing something in their software that is alerting Norton...

But I download Carbon and it says "This file is safe, used by thousands of Norton users"

I guess I will go to Carbon Poker now...

I am just wondering why i get the message unable to retrieve a required resource please contact support. what does this mean? oh and support obviously hasn't emailed me back i wasn't gonig to put that in because i know its standard

Dude, my post most DEFINITELY got moved. That post was in another thread that was clearly a replica of this thread as the 3rd post right after OP in that re-made thread. I think the Mods combined the threads or something and the post got moved over.

I mean, I know I'm losing it with this whole WU withdrawal wait of mine, but I'm def not losing it THAT badly. I wouldn't post something like that on a page 2 of a thread...
