Lock/Revolution 2.0 software issue

When i try to open lock or cake 2.0 I get this screen then a crash
Since lock and cake customer service wont help and I(unfortunately) have money on lock i would appreciate some help from someone. I have NO CLUE what causes this and it seems to only happen on Windows XP computers. I have tried re-installing Netframe, adobe, service pack 3, disabling firewalls... the whole nine yards. Is there a fix I am missing somewhere?
