The worst thing ever is playing a rebuy tourney and getting a hand first hand, or getting walked in BB, i have folded stuff like 55-66 just so I can rebuy.

Another thing i noticed is, one time I decided to try to rebuy with points instead of cash, so I checked that off then hit rebuy (this wasn't at the end of the rebuy period, just lost all my chips).

I didnt have enough points to rebuy, so nothing went thru. By the time I tried to go back and rebuy with cash, it was too late and the timer was off, so I was forced to bust out at like the 25/50 level.

So fix this, give ppl an extra 10-15 secs after they lose an all in before they are automatically busted.

When support looks at the ledger from our perspective it looks like everything is functioning correctly, but we are taking the additional step now of digging through an individual HH and reconciling all the mentioned rebuys with the account ledger.

I won't actually be able to share information about this specific account resolution due to user privacy, although they can if they choose to, but I can/will share if there is anything we find, positive or negative, globally related to this issue once the reconciliation is complete.

Thanks

Rizen- This seems like an easy fix, yet it has been like this forever. Would it be possible for you to have them let us players rebuy before the start of the 1st hand of the tournament. It sucks getting dealt say AA first hand and go over 1500 chips or say get to 3k when I couldve had 4500 if I was able to rebuy prior to the start of the tourney. Very annoying.

Thanks!

Re: Lock Rebuy Glitch-- Zero Support Help-- Dolts

I've put this on a high priority list, unfortunately it's a software change and is in a big upcoming release that addresses A LOT of the biggest issues users are complaining about. Unfortunately that release is quite a ways off right now.

I will keep relaying the concern to the appropriate people over at the network as it keeps being raised so that they know it's something that users want sooner rather than later.

Right now the issue is if they pull those updates out of the future release and on an incremental one they will have to pull people/resources off and it will delay the current release they're working on by some amount, so it's a matter of if delaying the current release some is worth getting this fix out a little earlier. i know how some of you feel, which is why I keep relaying the concern, just wanted to offer a little background on the process and why it's not quite as much of an 'easy fix' as it sounds.

Rizen I have never got a response whether they would try to fix the grid bugs. When playing a full grid of mtts and your asked to switch tables. The new table will open itself on a new grid. Then you have to restore > detatch > add to grid all while timing out on your remaining grid tables.

I'm fine with Rizen sharing his findings pertaining to my case. I'll be quite thrilled if it turns out I'm just overlooking something. It won't explain where my money went though..
