Tournament tickets dont expire you just have to unregister from the tournament.

I tried getting to the bottom of this situation for you since what you described certainly isnt our policy, our satellite coupons dont expire.
When I confirmed this with the tournament guys they asked for your details to look into your specific situation but we dont have you logging into your account since mid February. That was also the last communication I have in the support logs for your account when you asked about verification.
Am I missing something here? Do you have another account?
