hey imjustshane i have a suggestion for you. If you're going to check 2+2 every hour, why not allow PMs to your account, but since you don't allow PMs why don't you use the skype name you've provided in your profile?

Yes hank it has the tiling modes ala S&T and yes works with all usa sites + stars (soon ftp)

i strongly suggest making the ADDON BUTTON BIGGER. since addon doesnt normally fall at the end of the hour, many multitabling regs tend to miss that tiny thing you guys call an addon button

is it possible to make the rebuy/addon button any smaller?




and since the addon happens 2-5 minutes after the break, when a bunch of new games are loading (have to make sure you get your seat and quickly click 'Take my seat') im sure theres tons of regs that miss the addon on alot of MTTs

Can you guys please fix this? Seems like an very easy, quick fix. Anyone who agrees with me, plz quote this post so Lock will take this suggestion seriously

I can recall a dozen or so times new players have asked the table "wheres the add on".

OR at least have the option to AUTO add-on like most other sites do.

I won a seat to the $215 last night, but I was way too tired and just handing people my money. Decided to stop playing, then talked to support only to discover I can't even save the ticket for next week?

Sorry, but making all your satellites exclusive for a specific tournament @ X time is annoying enough (we really should be able to use them on any 109/215...). But I can't even wait till next week? I guess I should've known, but $70 down the drain, because of your stupid policy just rubs me the wrong way a bit

I suggest that LOCK (revolution network) add a prize summary file so HEM2 & PT4 can automatically track cashes in MTTs

It's annoying to have to go through and manually add how much I cashed for in each MTT

I miss multiple add-ons every session, pretty tilting to lose that equity so often. Obviously their software would never allow for auto rebuy/add-on, that would be way too advanced for them. But they could at least make the table come to front like it's your action as soon as the add-on button pops up. Then you would at least know that table needs your attention for some type of action.

I agree,Ive missed an add on or 2 before because of it.

Not sure if this is a bug or a suggestion. Maybe it's a suggestion this is a bug...

Cashed in many lock tournaments. Today was first time cashing semi deep in the $10 - $10k.

Tournament plays hand for hand almost entire way from bubble down (payouts change every 9 players).

Slows the action..

So, what's the skinny?

Lol, Shane hasn't posted anything in this thread since July even acknowledging that he's passing any suggestions on. Why have a suggestion thread if no one looks at it.

Shane is this bs actually true, or is this guy mistaken? Please attempt to explain how this is a fair practice. a tournament ticket that expires right after late reg of that day? That's one helluva rake.

Hey johnny I actually forgot to follow up on that post

1. Contacted support and they told me that the ticket would expire once Sunday was over.

2. I log in on Monday the ticket is there and I'm able to register the 215 with it. Log onto live chat and the guys tells me "I do not see a high roller ticket in your account sir..." after I tell him it is 100% there he tells me wait

3. Wait 5-10 minutes and now he claims he can see the ticket in my account!

4. He tells me I cannot use the ticket tonight and must use it tomorrow for Tuesday's high roller LOL

I would like to nominate support for idiots of the year

Tournament tickets dont expire you just have to unregister from the tournament.

I tried getting to the bottom of this situation for you since what you described certainly isnt our policy, our satellite coupons dont expire.

When I confirmed this with the tournament guys they asked for your details to look into your specific situation but we dont have you logging into your account since mid February. That was also the last communication I have in the support logs for your account when you asked about verification.

Am I missing something here? Do you have another account?
