Be honest with the players about payouts! This is my experience: I have no fewer than 40 emails for my money.
I have been waiting on $1300 Since Jan 13, 2012. Several days ago I was informed that my Western Union was approved. I think they did this to placate me as I was emailing the gaming commission a tactic I will continue if payment is not forthcoming. I wouldn't mind the delay had Lock staff just been honest. Once you lie it takes years to repair the damage. I will continue to apply pressure in any way I can. This email is self defeating since it is a disincentive for readers to play there starving the cashier of needed funds to pay out. No matter what is fair is fair. Stay away from Lock until their liquidity improves or method of payment is efficient and timely for US players.
