Are Sit n Gos promoted at all?

I feel like the gap between a minor site and major site is people who are playing everyday keeping the number of players online up. I think SNGs are the best/easiest way to do this.

Literally no multitable SNGs run and this is ridiculous. Why have you not tried to improve this?

Suggestion would be SNG Leaderboard

Could add a bunch of Hyper Turbos MTT with/without a gurantee to mtt daily schedule.

Also in SNGs could you get rid of coinflips, dont think anyone but degens play them.

Just add 6.5$ Hyper Turbos 2/3 tables they would fill.

This. And maybe charge a lil less rake. Or idk but a 9 man takes forever to fill imagine a 18 or 45...

(1) Cut back on the number of sponsored "Pros" for the site.
(2) Dump that money into software/server improvement
(3) Find a way to get people their money in two weeks instead of 3 months
(4) Profit

I honestly think that some players would even accept slightly less rakeback if the funds were put toward priorities like fixing the software, fixing the servers....finding a method to get cashouts into players hands in a timely fashion.

Server crashes, the hokey software and cashout times are the 3 biggest detriments to exponentially growing your player base IMO.

Also, possibly run a couple of $50 freerolls a day. Carbon does this and it brings in a ton of less experienced players that are forced to make accounts in order to enter....and will possibly deposit at some point in the future if they haven't already.

Scenario:

Newb signs up to get access to the freerolls.

Newb luckboxes his way through a very soft field and cashes for $5

Newbs thoughts: "ZOMG poker tournaments are easy! I just beat 3900 people and got 4th place! I should put $50 on here and just crush the micros/small MTTs!"

Modify Mac software to get rid of the double click issue, please. Not that hard.

Haven't been on in awhile. Did something happen to the points-for-cash redemption? It used to be in the vault IIRC and now it's not there for me anymore.

+1, think rizen is in charge of tourneys... know more satellites was mentioned before & he said he was open to PM suggestions, but never really saw a change. Maybe even seen a reduction in sats lately actually..

I think it was around mid-November that they did an update of the cashier system. After this update the points redemption button was removed from the vault.

The only way to redeem points now is to go to the points tab on the cashier page.

I quickly looked at them and they don't seem that great, I will double check the prize pools and guarantees tho

Mixed games and cap limit Omaha/O8 games. Help us break up the monotony of the current selection. I mean, there's even an "Other Games" selection in the SNG filter.

Also customizable avatars, draggable windows, run it twice, a massive graphic that doesn't break the software when I open the client, and our very own Revolution Network poker series.

today is the 18th business day since requesting cash out via western union and it still says requested. Just tell everyone that it takes 30 business days. Stop setting yourselves up for failure.

The everyday promos like Lock Lotto and Happy Hour double points are excellent. Very simple, and offer good value. For the rake chase promos, I would ask that you consider giving players across all stakes incentive to put in more hands, not just those raking $10K+ (less than 1% of all players).

I propose replacing the current Grind For Glory race with a personal rake chase that caps the maximum rakeback earnings at $1K. Since it is a personal chase, the number of spots are unlimited, but the top tier is of course drastically lower (about $44K lower!), to balance out your promotional budget. Even capping it at $750 I think would keep the vast majority of players happy. For us small-stakes players, give us the equivalent of 2-4% rakeback, and those that can make it to the top tiers some additional reward of 5-10% (total) rakeback. Then, to satisfy the biggest grinders, just do a straight $40-$50K rake race that pays the top 20 rakers.

This gives players at medium and small stakes incentive to grind much harder, and the most loyal grinders do not lose much value.
Another interesting idea is one that Winning network recently introduced: A MICRO rake race (they did a $5K race for stakes up 10NL, paying the top 150 players) that pays out to at least the top 100 players.
