The software is terrible. Have the designers really never played poker before?

Why won't my tables resize to anything reasonable and now because I ****ed around in the options tables pop up at 'default' size, with no way to change it!!!!!!!!!!!

Why in god's name does the order of tables change while I am registering tables? Has it really not been considered that some players will try to register for more than one game?

Why is there no option to turn off all of this popup crap on the table like the options menu on the top middle of the table? Some of us are clicking buttons and when something pops up it messes stuff up majorly?

Why the heck is there no option to change betsizing to 1/2 bb increments? Theres like 2 whole blind levels where I don't have to change preflop betsizing!!!!!!

What is up with the 'my tournaments' button only showing 3 tournaments at a time! Did someone really not forsee that I would register for more than 3 games? Was it really necessary to change the order in the 'my tournaments' when I unregister? Now I have to resort and pray I unreg in time while looking through my registered tournaments 3 at a time.

I've played on a lot of sites.. ongame, stars, FTP, merge, old cake... and with the exception of old cake this software is the nut low! Oh wait, this is the old cake software, my bad.

+1 to everything on that list this **** is ******ed. You could hire some nerdy high schools kids for $5/hr to create something better than this much less someone making a career in such things

THEN I GO THROUGH TABLES AND CLICK ONE NEEDING ACTION, OH WAIT THE NEXT ONE STILL DOESNT ****ING POP UP I HAVE TO CLICK THE MAGIC TABLE BEFORE IT WORKS AGAIN

Totally agree. I wonder how much lock has lost in rake because of people tiling instead of stacking due to this disaster.

I requested check withdraw on Sept 1st.
Finally after many emails I was told that my check was processed on Nov 1st.
It's Dec 5th and I still don't have my check.

I am getting plenty of Form emails and Run-Around, but nothing that gives me any confidence of actually getting paid.

E.G. On Nov 8th I emailed JDB Services Support:
Has the check actually been sent, or does "Processed" mean the start of
another waiting period before it is actually physically sent?

I see your check was eventually processed in the November 1st batch. Our processor sends these out quite swiftly so you should expect the check in the next 2-3 weeks
I am afraid tracking numbers are not currently provided by our Check Processor.

Nov 1st Batch - supposedly 2-3 weeks to receive - 5 weeks latter still no check. Over 3 months since original withdraw request!

Really no way of tracking a check?!?!
Did they actually put check in snail mail (if they actually sent a check at all)?
I would prefer if Lock just admitted to me that they are shutting down the site, or are just a big scam, or anything instead of just stringing me along.

I would really like to see the software remember where I put my tables. It already has the ability to remember where I last had my lobby screen, but every time I open Lock and start loading tables it goes back to whatever the last option I chose (tile, cascade, etc.) instead of where I actually put the tables.

+1 on this hate it when I get on waiting list for a table and then when it becomes available and pops up and I clik seat it rearranges all my other tables ... extremely annoying considering I 24 table

Allow us to see our notes and color coded players from the lobby to make table selection easier.

And how about streamlining the waitlist process as well. If I click on join waitlist, I shouldn't have to click another button to submit the request. It should just do it.

Fix this:

I'm afraid that our system is not set up to allow us to send more than 100 hands at any one time and we are unable to retrieve larger amounts of hand histories. It is for this reason that all hands are stored to your own PC and are accessible through the Options menu.

If you no longer have access to your hand histories then we can send you the hand history of a particular tournament if you confirm the tournament ID / name and date.

make the heads up cash tables run instead of having players sit and multiple tables with no games running its crazy

You guys (and any other poker site out there) should increase your payout options. WU is nice when it's working but you guys seem to have trouble with it and it's never consistent.

You guys should kick around the idea of prepaid gift cards. You load them, mail them to us. Boom. Problem solved. No payment processors, no worries. Maybe on a limited scale you could discreetly use Pay Pal as well.

Would like to see a Zoom/Rush poker type game, would make the most of my limited time I have to play every night.

Not sure if the number of players on your site would work with this system or not.

allow unreg'ing tourneys for tourney dollars, then be able to convert them to cash.. like ftp does.
