-there should be a reasonable 20-30s timebank when you sit at a cash game, not one that builds from 1s onward as you stay in the seat. (its ok for it to continue to add as you stay, but the base needs to be 20-30s)

-the black bar in the top right of lobby to the right of "Lock VIP" should be readable, for me its just a black bar that I have to hover over to see how many points I've earned.

-Give more time to sit out of a $ table. If I can have a 5min break each hour during tournaments, I should be able to sit out that same amount of time in a cash game without being kicked off

-access to vault without having to go through other links to get there

-occasionally there is a bug where you can not add funds to your table. I dont know how to replicate it, but when it happens I have to leave the table and sit again to top off my stack.

-ability to see what vip level I'm at from lobby or player admin screen

I've seen this as well except you actually do have a full stack and its not displaying it as such until you make a bet. Once you make it bet it displays as though you were full stacked to start the hand. Its as if the screen won't refresh the display only of your stack size. I've not noticed this happen with an opponent so i'm guessing its a glitch in only what it shows for your own stack size.

Definitely need better filter options! E.g. SNG and DoN filter, more detailed buyin etc.

Can we get some sort of hand history request option somewhere?

Holdem Manager tends to miss some hands when I disconnect.

The 30bb 'pro' SS'ers are a humongous problem at cash games. I don't even know if raising the minimum buy-in would matter because these idiots use a chart/style of play that's meant for 20bb but they missapply it to 30bb. If we made the min 35,40, or 50bb they'd probably mess it up still, but it wouldn't hurt to raise the buy-in reqs imo.

I know it's been mentioned before, but I just wanna chime in as well. Maybe if enough of us voice our displeasure about the SS's then maybe merge will change the buy-ins?

i think you guys should make your super turbo hu matches start off with 500 chips and 10/20 blinds like full tilt had it, and how stars has it now. it makes it easier and less confusin, i think this would be huge for those games. and i know i would start playing there more often if you do this

should be able to copy and paste opponents screen name from the lobby window. It really would save a ton of time when multi-tabling, so that you can look up stats faster and easier.

From the mini view, you should be able to get to the tourney lobby and last hand history with 1 click.

In a similar way to how the auto vault feature works, that is it transfers all your funds there once you log out (fwiw, this has only worked for me once since it started), how about an option to transfer out any amount over x amount (as determined by the player), coupled with an auto top off to that amount when you log in back in. This way a player can keep a working bankroll of say 10 BI in their playing account and the rest in the vault. I like the feature as it is but it's a bit longwinded having to go to the vault everytime you log in.

I would like to see quicker withdrawal times from the payment processor in the casino or the poker client. 5+ days for a MB withdrawal is ridiculous. Stars and FTP were instant, money hit MB in less than 3 mins from initiating a withdrawal. I don't mind waiting 24 hours, but a week seems unreasonable. check withdrawals are obviously more tedious, but these are all electronic, so should be quicker.

Some clarity on the VIP issues would be great as well, just so that players know where they stand and what they are entitled to.

Otherwise, the software is great and with this dedicated forum, i am certain support will get right on track as well. Thanks to Rizen for all his time and effort to bring a quality product online.
