Hey Shane,

Afaik cashgame traffic has been improving over the last weeks, however you might need to do something to get the sng traffic up. Maybe a special Sng promo would help, like getting double points on sngs for a certain period of time (together with the FDB and points to cash a major incentive to play sngs) or adding a permanent sng leaderboard like Stars' Battle of the Planets. You definitely need to do something to get the fish play some sngs, too and a promo might add that incentive.

Furthermore, you need to improve the filtering options for sngs. Atm it is a pita to gte only the ones displayed you wanna play...like a separation of Turbo and Hyper Turbo and the possibility to filter stakes more effectively when it comes to sngs.

We first wanted to get all our pros back from WSOP and grinding so we can get a more accurate picture of where our SnG traffic is at, in the coming months we will have a better understanding of things and look to make improvements and add specific promotions.

The filters are something that will eventually come in a software overhaul, we still have several plans we eventually want to put in place with that.

On sunday you should change your $500 to a monthly and make a $200 weekly...imo a $500 weekly is just to big these days. have it once a month so u can hype it more... I know you guys r trying to copy or keep up with merge but $200 makes alot more since with the amount of $ ppl are keeping online these days. And have more 6 max and 4 max

And another thing: how about a PT4 release promo that gives all people raking a certain amount a free or discounted PT4 license? Because PT4 supports your site and network a lot better than HM2. Without even mentioning the other advantages of PT4...

Yoda the coolest thing if you are having trouble with seeing the screen is an LED TV with pc input. 32 inches and up. The colors are vivid bright, sharpness is perfect for poker. You can take your glasses off and sit a comfortable distance away. Its way cheaper than a monitor that size. Plus you don't need all that sharpness for poker anyway.

Don't have time to read through all this and I'm sure this isn't the first time you've been asked this but please change the structure on the Sunday $109 100K gtd. it's really awful. It plays like a turbo and not having antes until 200/400 is ridiculous.

On a serious matter though they should buy high pulse pokers software.
Small site that launched in 2011 and never got going really but there software has been tested in beta for 2 years and it is fine and looks very good, probably one of the best poker softwares going around and they are going to close so probably pick up the software for next to nothing.

i'm not really a fan of the shallow tables and the player pool isn't very large anyway so to split one stake between regular and shallow tables just makes it harder to get more of the same tables going

I would really like to be able to click on tables in the lobby and see the color I assigned to the different players in their player notes. That way I can see what type of players are at the table without opening the table. This would allow me to find tables I want to play at faster and put in more volume.

25 seconds in not enough time to think about some tough decisions. there needs to be either a time bank or longer allotted time for each players turn.

it seems to be in the best interest of the site and the players to add a time bank, as it will allow people to play more tables more comfortably.

please add a time bank.

Stop pausing the tourney for each money jump in mtts. Its aggravating waiting 2 minutes for hand for hand while the blinds are going up. You might see five hands during a 15 minute level.
