Hi Guys -- I'm currently sitting in a rebuy on Lock...where no one can see hole cards. you can see them only after you bet or raise. we have chatted amongst the table and every1 agrees they can't see their cards.

Just putting this out there. I emailed support with the tournament id and asked for a refund.

you can self-ban yourself from the casino by going to cashier -> Limits -> Exclude from casino for whatever amount of time you want

I use a Mac, and cannot get Lock to run on my OS since they switched networks. Does anybody else have this issue? I have tried downloading the new software, and I keep getting a run error.

Not sure if this has been suggested b4 but ill give it a try. How about bringing more socializing features to the game? Talking about private messaging and buddy list where you could see where your buddy is playing/what tourny/table etc etc. Ty!

Agreed with this one. I don't think they'd currently want to go as high as 55% RB flat, though, numbers can be adjusted.. maybe 42.5% to 50% or something to find the middle ground well it's simply up to them really, just saying i don't see em doing 55% flat with ontop of that bonuses, point conversion, ronin.

But i do agree, there should be something inbetween!

Can we please be able to see color codes in the lobby? Currently you can only see them once you open a cash table, but all other decent sites provide the possibility to see the color codes next to the players name when browsing tables in the lobby.

Can we please have a "wait for BB" button so we don't auto-post after sitting out? I know this can be circumvented by unchecking auto post before sitting out, then clicking wait for BB when action comes around to us after sitting back in then checking auto post again, but we have to do this for every single table.

Also, the tiling system is really really broken. If I have 6 tables open on the same monitor and click tile, the software will tile 4 of them on one monitor and move the other two to the second monitor and tile them there. That's beyond ******ed.

Shane any shot we can increase amount of waiting lists you can be on? There's no table scanner for revolution yet so I have to manually add myself to all tables before I get an idea of whose at the table. I've pretty much color coded everyone i've played against so if Lock could add color coding to lobby display that would work as well.

Can you please add more sng games for those run frequently (ie, 15,7,4.6,5 don, 10 don etc. ) ? An increase from two to four would be nice. Those that seldomly run could be cut from two to one if necessary. Thanks

Afaik cashgame traffic has been improving over the last weeks, however you might need to do something to get the sng traffic up. Maybe a special Sng promo would help, like getting double points on sngs for a certain period of time (together with the FDB and points to cash a major incentive to play sngs) or adding a permanent sng leaderboard like Stars' Battle of the Planets. You definitely need to do something to get the fish play some sngs, too and a promo might add that incentive.

Furthermore, you need to improve the filtering options for sngs. Atm it is a pita to gte only the ones displayed you wanna play...like a separation of Turbo and Hyper Turbo and the possibility to filter stakes more effectively when it comes to sngs.
