Rizen, here is a suggestions.

Can you please add a FOLD button to the software or have the existing button modified so that it does not only show when there is betting action? Having to check down a ridiculous hand is a little silly. There is times where you just want to fold and not check a hand down with three other players to see four rags.

As someone mentioned earlier the 'Sit Out Next BB' is an option. Right click the 'Sit Out' button and you have the option. You can even apply to multiple tables. Hope this helps.

Keep completed tournaments up 8 days, so I can look back and see who won the 100k'er for example!

Can you please get rid of the "sit in" button for tournaments/sng's. This button only serves to waste players time and make them lose money. I stack my tables and sometimes a table will open and get lost in my stack before i can click sit in so i will just be blinded out. Makes me hesitant to play on this site.

I already opened a ticket with the dev team to remove the 'take my seat' button from all SnGs and made it a priority. That being said I've been told the change isn't trivial.

Please change the tournament cancellation policy regarding rebuys. Currently you only receive your buyin back, but not rebuys and addons. This is causes players that have rebought or added on to loose money when a tournament is cancelled, which should never happen.

it should have one more level between Blackvip (monthly rake $1500) and Blackvip elite ($7000 monthly rake). there is a huge gap, I would suggest:

Blackvip/$1500 rake/35%, Blackvip plus/$3500 rake/45% and Blackvip elite/$7000/55% cash back

Wow there are serious problems with lock. i just made a deposit and the money was taken off my card but wasnt put into my poker account. called the support, four days no response. emailed and still four days no response. Im happy to only lose the 200 well 203.81 after fees. gl with lock. they wont get another dollar of mine...
