Tables need to push to front when I'm browsing the web. Right now I hear a beep beep and have to go to my taskbar and find the table thats blinking since it won't push to front if you're on the web.

Joining waitlists is annoying and cumbersome. There's shouldn't even be a "go to waitlist" screen. I should be able to join the waitlist with a click of one button from the lobby. Limiting me to 8 tables on the waitlist isn't appealing either. Up it to 12 at least.

There should be a sit out at all tables button so I don't have to individually sit out on each one. Same thing with sitting in.

And you guys need to hire more support team members. Pokerstars had excellent support and always responded to every question I ever had. You can't develop loyalty or trust without a good support team.

My client doesn't even do this when a table fails to push to the front. I have to quickly click through each button to find the table waiting on action.

We've been complaining about tables not popping up for weeks now and they still haven't even hinted at a fix coming. So tilting.

Of course it has been mentioned, but, I suggest there should be a way for a player who plays on Lock to communicate, in a timely, simple fashion, their concerns and, have them met with, idk, answers?

I have been, as most have, very, very patient. Not jumping to conclusions, OMG where is my monies??? Why are there 26 players sitting at a 6 max table? Wtf is going on with the points system? Kinks.... time.... no kinks... I get it.

To state what I would believe is obvious, customer support is what builds trust. No one wants their concerns to be ignored, no matter how important they are.

Since the switch, general support has never answered an email I have sent. The only person who got my questions passed on to someone who could help is Rizen. While I thank him, it is just not fair.

Is support a concern? Will it be fixed in time.......

Just like everybody else... Tables need to pop up to front. Also please put player balance in main lobby. And would somebody please murder that goddamn 'take my seat' button! The most useless annoying thing I have ever encountered in online poker.

Wasn't there a new support team that was supposed to start this month?

Have the client save your notes every 15 mins or so, because if if you forget to close the client for a few days and your power goes out or your computer crashes you lose all your notes from those days of playing.

I just played a satellite to the 100K GTD and have a few comments from it...

1. End late reg earlier. It was a super turbo and I'm pretty sure we were down to 10% of the field (who would have gotten the seat) once or twice and more people registered. An hour and a half is way too long for a tournament that is normally over in that time period.

2. I'm not entirely sure if we were actually down to 10% of the field because the lobby and tournament info was horrendous. I never had any idea how many people were left/entered and ended up bubbling the seat (cashed for like twice my buy in) because I didn't know we were on the bubble. For a turbo satellite this is the most important piece of information to know.

I probably won't be playing another non SNG tournament on this site until this is fixed.

For cash games when we have auto-rebuy checked; how about having it auto-rebuy instantly instead of sitting us out one hand and ruining the game. I have sent an email about this but I haven't gotten a response (see previous post).

looks like the sight is still suffering today. took me forever to get on the site now that im connected and logged in i see nothing in the main section for MTTS just blank slates...

Close the clienst in the windows taskmanager(end process) helped me when i could not see the ringgames...

Not having a time bank is absurd.
And it should be much simpler to get on the waitlists. As it is you have to hit like 10 buttons to get on them.

is there a way to save player preferred table size. the default size is much too big and its really annoying to have to size every table you open when multi-tabling.

along with this is there a way i can save the location they open in. i want them on my 2nd monitor but when i open them its always on the first monitor and the tile tables button brings them to the first monitor to tile them (even if i had already moved them to the 2nd monitor it brings them back)
