nobody really knows for sure but its safe to assume it'll take at least a couple months minimum. software development takes a very long time and knowing how slow lock is to make the smallest updates, it'll take even longer

This is the biggest suggestion that i can give. When problems happen such as the one that happened a little while ago today with no games showing up in the lobby, or whatever the problem may be, please inform people what is going on. You know that people come to 2+2 for answers, but rarely are you ever here to answer anything, or even acknowledge that there is a problem. Lock even has a twitter account that you can keep people updated through, but there has been no tweets since May 31st. You CANNOT expect to keep customers if you will not be willing to communicate with people when these things occur.

Disagree. And not with flat payout, etc... but with your 'protect top prize' argument. Really? You can't figure out that a guarantee is going to get around a certain number of people and then do the math to figure out what the top prize will be (approx.)? What a joke. The biggest issue is with freezing up and lobby not showing up, not able to register, kicked out of mtt, etc. Who the f*ck cares about the whiny, b*tch issues that some people are bringing up . BROoooooooo: you're gonna get your RB or ronin cash or whatever the f*ck you are bitching about. It's shi*t where you really get ****ed like getting logged off for 20 minutes on the bubble etc that is really gonna **** you.

BTW: I am venting because tourney #11257220 froze for 20 minutes, then i got logged off, took me 20 minutes to get back in. JUST REFUND THE F*ckiNG money you pieces of sh*t. AND BTW LOCK, a lot of people (myself and some programmers included) are putting together the cash to start a better site that is open to US players. Make husng lobs respawn faster please. For some reason tonight respawns became incredibly slow, lots of reg v reg action (at 30s) because nobody could sit and wait -- when a lobby was sat it wouldn't respawn for ~5m, running out for some reason. Usually it's fine.

Also add a $35 husng 4man please. And slap a small gt on the $33 daily hu tourney. $250 or $300 or something.

Unsticky some of the old threads that are clogging up the top of the forum. There are 14 stickied threads, many of which are just old news or out of date (e.g. a "living" faq rizen started about a year ago that has not been updated in about a year). If you feel one of these is really important, make one thread and link to the others, or merge them all into one stickied thread; but for the most part, the stickied threads should just be unstickied and fall.

On the old Lock, as soon as you left a table, your money left the table with you. It appeared in the cashier section as part of your total.
In the new Lock, after leaving a table, the money takes a long time (much more than a single hand) to leave the table or make it's way back into your balance.
Yesterday, I checked the cashier 5 minutes after leaving a table and the money still was not showing.
It would be nice if this could be adjusted to be like the old Lock.

Just like the old Lock, the lobby doesn't update very well. I had joined a full game, played for about an hour, at which point the game broke. However, in the lobby, the game was still listed as being a full game. Clicking on it just took me to the empty table.

Most people don't really care if there are top pros affiliated with a site. I'm not sure why this idea has caught on.
Furthermore, the last thing I want is for Rizen or some other player to be sitting at my SnG table. He doesn't need to win $20 and I don't need to be playing against someone who understands the game that much better than I do. Also, if these guys muck their hands, then the "learning" aspect of it (if that's the reason for having them) doesn't even exist, right?

Did Rizen and Shane abandon 2+2? I haven't seen a post from them since the merger. This is scary.

there is this cool new poker variation called stud, only been around a few hundred years now but it's all the rage among min bet poo flingers... might think about adding those variations to your site..

On the new software, can you add a "clicker" so you can click your bet up 1 more big blind rather than having to type it in. hopefully that makes sense, thanks.

Also this, and just now on one of the tables im playing, every hand that I play an error box comes up and says Generic error - and i have to click ok every hand.

Here's a suggestion: ALLOW US TO DISABLE THE TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT POPUPS. I frequently get four or five pop-ups for the SAME tournament on Sunday, even if I'M ALREADY REGISTERED FOR IT.

it's ****ing OBNOXIOUS and one of these days it's going to cost me money when i accidentally click-through after closing the popup and make a horrible large bet.

This so much. Also, they often pop up behind other windows, and they are modal, and I have had the client crash multiple times while playing due to these things.

Glad I am not the only one who finds them tilting.

Right now, I am trying to register for HU SNGs. The registration fails, but still takes the money from my account. I just figured the second part out and I have probably had a dozen failed registrations. (having also lost money from never being taken to my husng in the past, and never hearing back from support, I am figuring there is a very real chance I will not get my money back and never hear anything from support).

More problems I have experienced: Not being taken to the final table of MTT's and getting blinded off until I restart the client, not being seated at stt's (mentioned above, but it still happens occasionally and if I notice it I can usually get to the table from the my tournies screen). Not seeing my bonus anywhere. Having the client crash because I try closing say a tourney lobby window when there is a modal MTT spam window open.

I am pretty much at my wits end here. It's been over two weeks since the transition and the software is still riddled with major flaws, and there is no indication that the costs of these bugs will be repaid or even that the bugs will be fixed.

Edit: looks like the money made it back into my account after 15 or 30 minutes, so at least I got THAT money back.
