The software is not even playable on a Mac right now its that bad. Please fix this RIGHT AWAY.

PLease make muting a player permanent. When I mute someone, I want it forever, or untill I change my mind. I should not have to keep a list of people to mute.

A suggestion about the VIP program. I was silver last month but I haven't been playing much this month due to all the bugs. Probably not enough to even reach white this month. Maybe Lock can maintain the VIP levels of all players next month because I'm sure alot of players are in the same situation.

The payouts were already 15-20%. Now it looks as tho it is 10-12. Gee tx. I liked the payouts just fine at Cake. 15% is fine. 9-10% like Merge sucks imo. I know some here will just say play better, that's fine. I have been and am doing fine. I just think the old payouts were fine.

I guess the 1600 of us playing before the merger are expendable. Only Lock pro's make the rules lol.

My personal email has been compromised, I emailed Shane, he responded 5 mins after I sent with "Whats you email address?", nothing after that reply and its been atleast 12 hours.

Who ever got ahold of my email was able to change my secret question/answer. I don't have a vault and basically a "Forgot Password" process will take all my money.

you need to do away with the take your seat button for sng's. Why would you be sat out by default and have to waste time clicking a button to sit in, and fold your hand if you don't click it soon enough.

Hire more CS people. You guys have one of the worst CS in the whole industry and that says a lot. Answer emails or at least produce a generic response. Fish are probably leaving your room in droves because they never receive an answer when they email support.

If you click on 'download' it doesn't even offer you an option. It just downloads something (which I believe is a windows version) and it doesn't work.

an option to disable auto rebuy for specific tables

Every time someone has to click "Take My Seat" a fairy loses its wings. Please fix.

auto top up doesn't reload if you lose a small pot, this happens all the time HU and is really annoying have like 90bb's all the time.

please can you introduce some € and £ tables, since the $ is a really weak currency atm.

also please can you sort out the note system ~ basically instead of having to click and have the box detach from that shabby little box (its hard to select the notes from the 5 items along the top, and even when you click the player and "edit notes" its a pain with all the colour check boxes cluttering up the area, also not much room to type until its detached and resized.
I think you should try and create something like the old FTP style system (simple and really user friendly). Basically as soon as you double click a player icon the note box auto pops up on top of the table ~ its always a sensible manageable size, inside it has a dropdown style menu colour list for you to select what colour the players is + and empty box to take notes on him, the auto detached box is easily moveable with decent sized area to click and move it around at the top of the box, and can be resized by dragging any side of the box (same as the tables work already in terms of resizing). Also when you colour code a player a ring appears around the entire players name box. Just my 2 cents but seriously the small things count and things like this can make your software really attractive the serious player.

^^^ also to add to the note taking theme, the way that the note box closes when a player leaves the table is really annoying, since if you have just stacked someone and are half way through a note it just disappears when they leave their seat and the note goes begging :~(

Can we have a Lock 1.0 client like Cake has their 1.0 still available please?

If I'm taking notes on a player, and he busts or leaves the table, I can't take a note on him anymore. This is particularly aggravating since I often play heads-up. And with no friend list or player list, it's literally impossible to take a note on a player any other way. This needs to be addressed somehow.
