Can we get actual step type SnG's? I think these would be fairly popular and could be used for seats to big events (Aussie Millions/WSOP/etc) while also having some steps that finish with just cash, etc.

Here's a suggestion. Support that actually replies to your emails. Going on 3 days waiting to hear something from support about my account verification. Nothing.

Randomly post replays of final tables with hole cards exposed. Pokerstars has done this for a long time when it comes to their premier tourney on Sundays. Merge would post replays of random final tables. Players would not know which ones. This could add to security detection without having to spend money.
I should probably rephrase this statement. It doesn't necessarily add to security detection as much as it would help maintain the integrity of the game.

In the lobby players would be made aware that their final table may be replayed, hands exposed.

I wrote about chat bans last week. I think that Merge if they are not going to undergo the expense of having chat buttons on each table and support crew needed to properly maintain this Merge should consider using Chat moderators that are volunteers. I know this has been done on networks in the past. Basically you would use players that are regs, in good standing, to assist with reporting chat violations.

Volunteers would send emails to Merge in a certain format:

subject: chat violation
body of email:
1. offenders poker handle
2. offense category
3. copy of bannable chat

punishment system:

1st offense 1 week chat ban
2nd offense 1 month
3rd offense permanent chat ban

It won't happen. They would have to stop giving some of the regs tickets to buy in for free then too.

Would you please set aside the poker maximus games to another box? You have no idea how irritating it is to have to scroll down past it when I log on.

Adding on to the chat talk....I think it should be made where whatever the buy in for the tournament is you have to have that much in your account to be able to chat.
Would cut down on trolls.

When playing in mini mode, it would be nice if there was an easier way to sit out at the next BB (for cash games). While multitabling it's very difficult as it is currently setup. You have to click the menu box to open it, close a pop up box that asks if you are sure you want to sit out, then click off the "auto blinds" button. Thats 3 clicks that have to be perfect because if you miss anywhere at all, another box pops up asking if you want to change background colors or something like that. So 4 tough clicks to make for someone who has a bunch of tables open.

Maybe a "sit out all tables at next BB" button would be really helpful.

A few more ideas:

1. Anyone who played in the same tourney
2. People who are on the friends list of anyone at the table. That would make it fun for railing.

Simple: can the web admin show the tourney ROI as a percent? It currently shows up as a dollar figure.

I've gotten used to $x = x%, but it was confusing at first so please fix for new players.

The "Live Support" or 24/7 Support, maybe have a few people that are available from support to chat with the players that have a problem. I know waiting on E-mail's gets a bit frustraiting for us all when it's something simple that can be done to fix it.

Tr8cer has a good idea, maybe have those chat moderators have something they can sign into or something to beable to get in touch with support a little quicker? or beable to have a "shut up button" that holds for 30 minutes or so while the email gets to support.

1. No idea when live chat support is live.
2. An Automatic email response saying player to player transfer is submitted/pending.

I would like to like this site

Has anyone found out where the text version of hand histories is located on Mac? I haven't bought PT or HEM just because I can't figure out where the history files are located. I've been doing some research and can't seem to figure anything out.

It would be really nice if the history button in the client would give you access to all your hand histories in picture mode OR TEXT, that can be copy/pasted into a converter.

When I calculate my HH file size in the options menu, it's over 16mb which seems like alot for files I can't find at all.

DonkeyCopter - I don't know off the top of my head but after you stop the auto import on PT3, your HHs will download to the default directory and you can find it by using the "Recent" feature in pretty much any application. Choose "Today" and a window will open up showing all files saved today, and your HHs will be there, and you can retrace your steps to find where they are. It's a lot easier than I may be making this sound.

not have to scroll down a mile just reg in tourneys. Also let's get an update on this software

The filters don't work too well. That would be nice. Also, a hand replayer you can use while playing would be useful too.

However, as a former FTP and PokerStars player, I have to say it's been fun playing on the sight and I had no issues with Holdem Mgr. That's very unlike when I was playing on bodog.

Yes I agree I would LOVE additional filters. Mostly in the tourney section. Some way to quickly see what tourneys are starting soon, filtering by turbo, and many more.

Oh I would also love to be able to change single table colors to help me separate which games are which.

Just looking thru the SNG lobbies for the first time and I noticed there aren't any $5 9 man turbos. Every other buyin has them. Can we add these?

Would also like to see some more options in the SNG Satties as well. How about a $25 short handed into 109s? Basically put them up in the main tournament lobby like you do with the $11 and $33 coupon sats. Make some turbos and some super turbos. Give us options.

How about some 11 Double Shootouts into 109s and 215s and even run a larger, lets say 22 double shootout to the monthly 530. The site has all these weird buyin turbo HU shootouts offered (that prob never run) so we know the software is capable. Put those in the main lobby as well.

There are - it's the Otter Room. If you do a sort by name it's easier to find. What you might want to do is spend a few minutes in the SNG lobby looking through the options (sorting by buyin, table size, turbo/st, or whatever criteria you care about), making note of the name of the room that you. Makes regging that much easier down the road.

I see a $5 SH Turbo under Otter Room, not a $5 9 man. Also not alot of options I can click to sort. I'm not unfamiliar with the software. I have 3 options to sort by, High, Med, Low. Also there isn't a way to sort Turbo's/Super Turbos.

Trust me, I wish I had more options under the filter tab.

How often is this thread checked by Rizen/Shane?

Oop...I stand corrected. You're absolutely right, there are $5 Turbo 45 man (Salmon) and SH (Otter) but no turbo $5 9 man.

Filters are different from sorts - to sort, click the column heads, so you can sort by Name, Game, Type (which will sort your Turbos and STs), Entry, Players and Status. Click twice to end up with a reverse sort.

Often...but who knows what the process is to actually institute changes like adding games and how long it might take.

Fix the software for rebuys, and especially add-ons. So tilting.
