When I withdrawal $251 via courier check in the casino, after its instantly taken out of my account I would like it to actually show up in my history or email me confirmation, as you have MY MONEY and all traces have seemed to disappear.. Suggestion: Put how long each blind level is. I can't find anywhere how long the blind levels are. That and the opening chip stacks should be mentioned in the tournament lobby, it's ridiculous they aren't.

I entered the 2:00 AM ET "turbo" $11 1R1A last night. By the time the tournament was over, it was 7:00 AM. That's not turbo! 10 minute blind levels isn't turbo! Now, it's a good problem to have if I'm up that late and still in it. But that totally screwed up my Sunday morning, having to go to bed after the sun is up.

If you aren't going to put starting chip stacks/blind level lengths, then at least don't call a 10 minute blind tournament a turbo. Sure, it's faster than the 15 minute blind level, but some turbos are 5 minutes, others are 7, and some are 10, and you have no way of knowing until the tournament starts.

And if there is a way of knowing, it's not easy enough to find.

I deposited $120 on a non rake accnt, Played just 1500 hands and they took $60 in rake lmfao.. And get nothing back thats half my deposit and over 2 buy ins at 25nl which i played.. Pretty funny, if you put in enough volume as you speak, you'd have to pay like $3000 just to meet criteria for 45% rakeback.. I know alot of people are stupid but some aren't...

But there isn't a line listing the starting stack which is both a silly oversight and something that has been kvetched about at length to little apparent effect.

Would be nice if you added more SnG type satellites to stuff like the Midweek Monster/$125k/Hi Roller. There are some now, but they're all ST which most of the players (at least myself) don't think is worth the hassle. Turbo is fine, but ST is a bit much.

When you get to the final 2 tables, whichever table ends first ends up playing with 4 players until the hand at the other table ends. Sometimes the 4-handed table will play 1-3 hands extra while the hand at the other table is going on. Why does hand for hand stop as soon as it gets to 9? It should pause both when the hand is over, recognize 9 players are left, and then merge the tables, not have one table keep playing shorthanded when it should be the final table.

This. Allow players to buy in with 2 buy ins. I don't even want a good hand for the first hand. I just want to fold and add another buy in.

If you just win the blinds, you're stuck with a short stack and have to lose them back to be able to rebuy. It doesn't make any sense reloading a single bullet each time.

And the add-on only being available for 20 seconds, even though the window asking if youd like to add on stays open the whole break. **** is ******ed and cost me a fair bit of equity that support turned their heads to when I inquired.

I play 5-8 mtts a day. Collusion is always a concern for me particularly on a smaller network with limited resources that can allocated to security.

My suggestion:

Randomly post replays of final tables with hole cards exposed. Pokerstars has done this for a long time when it comes to their premier tourney on Sundays. Merge would post replays of random final tables. Players would not know which ones. This could add to security detection without having to spend money.
