To be fair, PartyPoker in the early days was a horrible site with semifinals to the Poker Millions Cruise seizing up and other issues. They did - however - give their customer service REAL power the result being happy happy players.

The software is actually provided by our network Merge, however our design team actually have helped Merge redesign the client and lobby for the entire network which they have been working on implementing for a while.
Its missed a couple of deadlines but they are apparently getting close to finally launching it.
