Update May 13th, 2013:
Fairly good news for Lock players: several Skrill cash-outs have been received recently (yesterday). This includes a couple from May requests, and many for the max amount ($10,000). Lock is seemingly continuing to process cash-outs including for large amounts of money. Shane has pointed out that Lock intends to first catch-up it's Skrill backlog and then move to Western Union. However, it still seems no checks have been received in the last month and change. Things are looking a bit better with this recent influx of payouts to Skrill (and WU) so let's be optimistic that everyone's cash-out will be received in time. Keep in mind these are just the 2+2 confirmed/received cash-outs.

Update May 16th, 2013:
A small handful of cash-outs were confirmed received on May 14th, including several WU.


I'll post updates and update the list as long as I have the power to do so in this thread, and as long as people want me to...

I'd like to add that until today I have always received my cashouts from Lock even if it took several weeks to receive which is very long for a ROW player and sometimes really gets to your nerves.

I really hope that those positive reports about cashouts will continue to be reported in the weeks to come and we should take it from there.

I also really hope that Lock manages to catch up on US cashouts and the cheque processing.

This is a good thread and it is good to see SOME money going out but I just want to add a few points

Wonder how the list of people NOT receiving cashouts would compare to this list in size for 2+2 players. Larger? Smaller?

Wonder why they have to process skrill then WU? Makes sense cause people keep pointing out ROW payments reflect a companys liquidity

When were the last checks received?

makeitrain and nikinblinds requested and received a cashout via Skrill in 4 days?? Can we confirm that? I'm sure there are many ROW (and all US) players who have requested a cashout via Skrill prior to 5th of May and are yet to receive their funds..

the 2013 list is about 10 weeks minimum, about 3 weeks slower than 2 months earlier. maybe fair play will speed it but they have all after fair play cashouts still to deal with and even before fair play cashouts are still pending.

Mine from 3/25 came in after 7 weeks. Things seem to be turning around... a little.

Is there a chronological order to cashouts?? I know it takes longer for US players, but wondering why some players have received Skrill payments in a few days whilst some are waiting over a month?? Just doesn't sound right..

No it does not, my guess it would have to do with location.

I dont get it, how 2 players managed to get their cash out paid the 13th may if they requested them the 9th may.

just got a skrill cashout, 17 hours after requesting it. account was only used for staking never played on it.

How much was it? You deposited the initial stake money or traded it?

i run suspect76's staking fund

it was $190. I had deposited once for $50 in march, but that was transferred to a horse right away who busted it. I had not deposited since, just swaps and then transfers to and from horses

requested it at around 7pm last night, and got email from moneybookers today around noon

I think it would be interesting to see the amounts of cash outs that are happening quickly vs. those happening slowly.

Predictably, Lock is now processing the newest withdrawals so they can say "Hey, look, one week cashouts at Lock! We are legit!"

I'm glad some people are getting paid at least, but it's a rather pathetic and transparent ploy, imo.

Just a guess, but they can satisfy the largest number of people by giving priority to the smaller amounts. Financial regulations could also play a role, again just guessing. Let's hope the cashouts continue to improve.

That list is great, but I agree with the player who is wondering how many players are still waiting. I requested $2000 WU withdrawal on 02/20 and all I have received is 2000 excuses of why my money money hasn't been sent to me! It's gotten so bad for me that I find myself not really caring if I win or lose. I take stupid chances sometimes because I start perceiving the funds as play money vs. real money. I don't get excited anymore when I win because I know I can't get the money in a timely manner. I can't wait for Internet poker to return to US and be run by reputable companies!!! Lock's excuses have gotten so old to me that it is to the point of being ridiculous!
