Isn't the rake structure supposed to be no more than 5% of any pot in cash games? I remember seeing something that said $.01 per every $.20 in the pot yet in a 10nl cash game the rake is $.07 for a $1.05 pot. Every pot I've paid attention to is raked at 6-7% instead of 5%.
