Ok, I'm having a very frustrating situation with Lock. On May 18th I downloaded the software and checked it out. I was going to make a Poker deposit, not a casino deposit, but in order to check out the deposit process I type in the promo code LOCKSLOTS and clicked make a casino deposit, yet I MADE NO DEPOSIT and then exited. Right away the site said click here to go to the Lock casino so I clicked on it to check it out and when it got there I apparently had $2500 of real money ready to play with $87500 of unlockable money even though my Lock account said I had no money on the site (which should be true because I hadn't made a deposit). Anyway I did nothing. Two days later I wanted to make a Poker deposit so I clicked deposit, but it said I could not make a deposit with a bonus remaining (apparently the casino bonus). So I ran that down to zero really fast so I could make an ACTUAL DEPOSIT this time. I deposited $500 and the site accepted it as well as my bank account, yet no money has appeared in my account. Under my history it says I requested a casino bonus, made a successful deposit, and then received that casino bonus. WTF?! What happened to my money?! I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do. I have contacted Lock Support repeatedly and all they tell me is that there are great deposit bonuses out there. There aren't answering my question of what the heck happened? If anyone could please help me out I would be very grateful! What should I do?

Running the money down to zero was your best decision after that? Seriously?

And obviously there is a reasonable chance that your "run it down to zero" was actually you just playing the money that wasn't yours to see if you could run it up really fast. I mean, running it down to zero really fast is just super suspicious here even with totally idiotic support giving you no help.

I really doubt he would do it if he knew what he had actually done and still post here. Sounds like a dumb mistake but I still think he needs to be punished for it. Playing with money that isn't urs is a very smart move. Even if u weren't sure if it was given to u, u should've waited for support to make sure

It sounds a lot like that guy on tv who recently got 70k from his bank making an error. He spent it all, the bank found out, and now he is facing likely jail time
