Holy cow people. Stop!

We know that checks take a long time. They always have on Lock. We also know there are a batch of WU payments that are taking a long time to come in. There have been several people before and after this "problematic batch" who have gotten their WU payouts within 2-3 weeks.

Posting about it here and complaining about it is doing absolutely nothing. Go punch a hole in a wall or something. No one wants to hear it anymore.

If you knew anything about customer service, if an issue was that egregious to you, then make the case to support. Like any business interested in keeping their customers happy, they will likely do something to not lose you over a dispute.

And again - if you knew check cashout times, why the hell did you do a check payment? Unreal...

My problem is this: I deposited $100 a few months ago. when I joined, the website said (still does as of today) that the minimum payout is $25.

I have a balance of $95, and tried to cash out my account. I was THEN told that the minimum is $120, so I could not get any of my money back! What a rip!

Of course, I have been thru the dozens of stock emails with no satisfaction.

How can they justify changing the terms like that, and keeping all my money. scammy bull**** ripoff...

I was told when I requested the check that it would take 4-6 weeks. I never knew they were thiefs. If you don't think this company has problems your in for a rude awakening

Do you work for Lock Poker?? They said 4 - 6 weeks and it's been double that. Maybe your fine with not being able to withdraw funds because your a donkey that never gets to cash out but for those of us that actual win it's a major issue. If you don't want to hear about it maybe you shouldn't go on a thread with the title "LOCK POKER - Payout, Withdrawl, Support - PROBLEMS!" LOL... And yes their site is going to crash only idiots such as yourself would play with no intentions of ever being to withdraw.

Dare I get specific, since I could probably just make vague non-sensical assumptions and post un-researched BS and get away with it. But one instance where I had an issue with Lock regarding their $100k GTD Sunday tourney - it took a couple days, but I was credited with a ticket for the next week's game and also got another ticket for the following week. I handled myself, the persons I was emailing, and live support with respect and never accused them of anything untoward. And lo and behold...they actually made me whole and actually went above and beyond.

My instances aren't similar - I'm not saying they've been perfect in every instance with everyone. But I'm tired of being labeled an employee for some room just because I've had good relations with them when I feel I've been shorted or slighted. I believe in the end, everyone gets what they deserve. So if you treat support like they are a bunch of idiots just out to screw you, chances are you won't get very far. Frankly, I wish more companies had CS backbone.

I worked for Walmart in management for 18 months, and that is a company that will let anyone walk all over them. So if you're feeling like you want to bitch and moan and treat someone with disrespect and expect to get made whole for something, go there. You'll never be denied.

I made a withdrawl by check from Lock on 9/6/12. I finally recieved my check yesterday, 12/11/12. It took a little more than 3 months for me to get paid. I emailed support several times about the withdrawl and was once told the check would be there by the end of the week, which did not happen. The check was from a nearby bank, so it is hard to comprehend why it would take so long(since I was told a couple of times the check was on its way). I just want people to be aware of this issue and take it into consideration before making a deposit on Lock

Nov 1st Batch - supposedly 2-3 weeks to receive - 5 weeks latter still no check. Over 3 months since original withdraw request!

I wish Lock would just announce when they are shutting down the site instead of stringing players along for months. Really, they can't track a check/courier? Did they actually put it in snail mail (if they sent it at all)?

I smell my money and account being flushed down a toilet when the site shut downs in the near future.

They are completely unacceptable, over 2 months for WU and over 3 months for checks. There are numerous threads here about it with plenty of evidence to back it up and no evidence to the contrary.

LOL! Shouldve read before making that deposit. What everyone here is saying is true, 2 months or even more for WU that is just unacceptable. Checks i would not even dare request. Sending e-mails to support is ******ed all of them have the same answers. Then try messaging the rep here and no help at all either. I give up.

I nominate Shane for Lock's employee of the year award. His loyalty to Lock by continously insulting all other players on 2+2 with the notion that Lock processed payout for a majority of their players on time truly deserves the Lock Employee of the Year award.

At least Rizen knows not to make any more comments on 2+2. I too would like to nominate Rizen for Lock's year end award. The Best Disappearing Act by a Lock Employee award goes to Mr. Rizen. He used to be very active on Lock cashout thread. But since the payout became slower and slower... we no longer hear from Rizen.

Let us not forget Jennifer Larson. We nominate her for the WTF Brain Fart award. WTF are you doing to the Lock brand Jennifer Larson?

I love it how defenders of these thieves keep telling players that dont get paid to stop whining. But the kicker seems to be that THEY have never requested to GET paid.

Ive been waiting 3 months for a check (and BTW it was never stated that once you request a check you cant request another one untill the first has been sent...which is a HUGE deal!!!!!!!!!)

Anyway..I got response per usual...request has been sent to the Cashiers Dept from a MARY.

As you ALL know the Cashiers Dept never gets back to you....am I wrong?

I dont think that any Cashiers Dept even exists...honestly...its an Online poker site...do you need departments in multiple locations?

So I pressed and asked to speak to a supervisor a month later...spoke to a GERI...she said I AM a supervisor and the Cashiers Dept will get back to you by the end of the day.

OK.....when that didnt happen I raised a fuss and guess who was stupid enough to email me from the Cashiers Dept......MARY.....believe me I spoke to John Richard...this one that one...but when I finally got a response from the Cashiers Dept it was from MARY...who had recently emailed me from the SUPPORT DEPT.!!!!

Do the math!!!!! There IS NO CASHIERS DEPT!!! Why would there be...and if it is its down the hall....its ALL a stall!!!

That bitch just tried to appease me with an email from Cashiers to shut me up...but the dumbass doesnt realize I SAVE ALL MY EMAILS!!!

What Im saying is is that support...cashier...and the infamous PROCESSOR that never sends out checks are ALL on and the same!!!

They just try to shut you up by saying theyve fowarded it to this one or that one.
3 months and running...and now the same people that told me they would foward it to Cashiers are emailing me FROM cashiers!!!!!!!! Two seperate email addys...same people....totally busted...thieving mother ****ers!!

You can go to the high stakes tables and embarrass Rizen. You can make comments on tables with 9 players beware Lock Withdrawal Delays. I have been waiting on $1300 Since Jan 13, 2012. Several days ago I was informed that my Western Union was approved. I think they did this to placate me as I was emailing the gaming commission a tactic I will continue if payment is not forthcoming. I wouldn't mind the delay had Lock staff just been honest. Once you lie it takes years to repair the damage. I will continue to apply pressure in any way I can. This email is self defeating since it is a disincentive for readers to play there starving the cashier of needed funds to pay out. No matter what is fair is fair. Stay away from Lock until their liquidity improves or method of payment is efficient and timely for US players.

Im never putting a dime into lock again.

Waited until i had a full cash out available...put in my wu request.

I am now on business day 20. Of their 7-14 day time frame.

What a joke...never going back there.

Their customer service is terrible...yes they email you back..but its obvious they know nothing and are purely public relations that are probably working from home.
