Not a single player has not be paid, while cashout speeds haven't been what we would like them to be everyone has eventually received their funds.

WU is currently 7-14 business days
Checks are currently 6-8 weeks

Its not a gamble its a choice, a choice between convenience of a check arriving at your doorstep or a faster option that requires you to go to your nearest WU outlet to pickup the cash.

For Skrill the min is $50 and max is $10000

We do not own Juicy Stakes, Im unable to answer questions on their ownership you would have to take that up directly with them.

on september 23rd i attempted to deposit 80$ on lock, it said pre-authorized during the deposit attempt (has happened before obv, always have treated it as if it didn't go through). The transaction went through for 83.42 to my bank, and i was never credited anything on lock.

I've emailed both support@lockpoker.eu and .com and haven't gotten a response

Shane,

I requested a cashout via Check by Courier on September 4th. It's exactly 6 weeks later today. I was patient because the window I've seen on 2+2 is 4-6 weeks (even though support emailed me shorter windows...and those did not come true). I've run out of patience. Please help me get my check, I need the money.

We are seeing timeframes more like 6-8 weeks from some customers on here so thats what I have been sticking to. Support says most are still arriving in the 4-6 week window so for now they are sticking with that timeframe.

They had a look at yours and its approved in in queue to go out on the next batch so it should go out in the next week or so.

I made my request for a payout on Sept. 4th and after many e-mails it was finally approved on Oct. 4 (30 days to aprove?)

Then I received and e-mail stating that it was on the way and should be here by today. (Oct. 19th) Then I got another e-mail stating it would take another 7-14 working days before I receive it and it really hasn't been sent.
That means it will be another 4 week before I receive it.

What a hassle. I have cashed on 4 other gambling sites and the average wait time has been 2 weeks. I like the format on Lock Poker but what good does it do to play on the site if you can't get a payout if you win. Makes me think there is some kind of cash flow problem. Don't you think 9 weeks is problem?
I guess I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch since the check has yet to come.

Hi guys,

This is my first post on this forum. I googled lock poker western union withdrawals and I see many complaints with the stated current time frames. This is my first withdrawal on lock and I was checking to see the withdrawal process before I donate any more money to their cause. I have made plenty of withdrawals from full tilt and poker stars and it was CIH within a week. I made the withdrawal request on 10/27 (11 pm) and I am still waiting them to send me a document request so I can validate my account. I will update this post as we go along. As of now I have advised all my friends to play at other sites till lock's withdrawal time frames improve.

The online poker industry is extremely competitive and even though I love their web design/software, poker sites seem to become a dime-a-dozen. In all honesty I cannot wait for online gambling to be legalized in the U.S. The industry needs the oversight and it's customers need the security.

I received this response 2 mins after I emailed them inquiring what documents I need to submit to ensure my withdrawal request on the 10/27 is expedited.

I requested a $1300 payout from Lock in early September. I figured I would get a check cut and sent in a couple of days. After a few weeks I emailed to find out what was going on and they told me that it would take 6-8 weeks. Of course, they could not explain why ti would take this long. So around 11/1 I go to the site and see that my check has been processed and is no longer pending. I still have nothing so I sent an email and they are now telling me that it will be another 6-8 weeks to process. So, as I see it, the bottom line is that it will take 3-4 months to get paid. If I am wrong Lock Poker, please tell me.....

This is the kind of stuff your CSR's shouldn't be saying to people. They should include the 7-14 business days it takes for the WU to be submitted AND the 7-14 days it takes to get the MTCN after that.

^^ I second that. Even if a lucky person manages to get CIH in 18 calendar days (which is the less friendly way of saying 14 business days), it's not the norm from all of the timeframes I've been looking at. If stated times were said accurately (near 21 business days, or about 4 weeks), it would be a little easier on the repeated emails, posts, requests for support's attention, etc., at least one would think...

I submitted a request to cash out for a courier's check in late September. Unfortunately, this request wasn't processed and approved until November 1st:

2012-11-01 06:55:45 AM DF-CourierChk Withdrawal Approved! ($650.00)

Does this mean I will receive my check in mid to late December, as I saw that CourierChk cashouts have been taking 6-8 weeks?

** BTW this is the first issue I've had with withdrawals on Lock Poker. I've withdrawn using both Western Union and Couriers Check before and in each instance I received my request within 3 weeks**

I requested a withdrawal on September 15th and still have not received my check. On November 1st, I was told the check was in the mail and that it would take 7-14 business days. It has been well beyond that time frame. I have called, emailed support numerous times and still have not received any clear answer or indication as to when my funds will arrive. This is extremely disappointing because I truly love their poker program and website. But what is the point of playing if I can't withdraw? I guess I'll have to switch to another poker website.. but I'll promise you this once poker is legalized sites that play around like this will not be around for long.

Whatever they say, usually double it. I requested a check awhile back I think it took 10 weeks and a month after the 7-14 business days. The money will come for you. JDB is a payment processor and they are fine, the only reason to worry would be if you don't have payments processed yet IMO. Your check will prob arrive sometime next week.

Lock's rakechase is not paying me out properly, I have raked you $370 this month so far, and says so in my admin, yet I have not even received the $100 rake prize that is still available. Even if the prizes ran out, I reached $200 rake two days ago. If not being paid I have no reason to continue the race and my rake will not be anything near what it is for the month. Looks like i'll be switching to my RTR Merge chase, much better than bupkis from Lock.

I requested check withdraw on Sept 1st.
Finally after many emails I was told that my check was processed on Nov 1st.
It's Dec 5th and I still don't have my check.

I am getting all the same form emails and run around that everyone else here is getting.

On Nov 8th I emailed JDB Services Support:
Has the check actually been sent, or does "Processed" mean the start of
another waiting period before it is actually physically sent?

I see your check was eventually processed in the November 1st batch. Our processor sends these out quite swiftly so you should expect the check in the next 2-3 weeks

Nov 1st Batch - supposedly 2-3 weeks to receive - 5 weeks latter still no check. Over 3 months since original withdraw request!

I wish Lock would just announce when they are shutting down the site instead of stringing players along for months. Really, they can't track a check/courier? Did they actually put it in snail mail (if they sent it at all)?

I smell my money and account being flushed down a toilet when the site shut downs in the near future.

I have received this same email about 5 times from different customer service reps. At this point I just want my money and I'll never play on Lock again, what a SCAM.

Talk to live support - look up Shane here on the forums or on Skype. Hold their feet to the fire or try to get "appropriated" for your trouble in a respectful manner. Anything is better than whining and complaining - and worse, trying to paint all of Lock with a broad stroke.

There are OTHER WAYS to get your money off - you chose a check knowing at the time it was going to take at least 6 weeks if not two months to get it. Personally, I'd never put something in motion to wait that long - far too much can occur. Western Union, had you done it at that time, would have arrived in three weeks - OR, you could have engaged in a P2P trade here on the forums.

What I find hilarious is that a players has one issue and then makes it out to be the entire system is about to crash. I hold Lock accountable when they screw up, and you should too. But do a little research, use a few more brain cells, and stop this crybaby routine. No one wants to hear it.

You want a joke, Here is what lock poker did to me. I came in 2nd in the Big Sunday tourney. Won 14k. My max 3k check withdrawl was approved on August 28th. Then Oct 14th they approve my check. Today December 6, I get an email from them saying"
