Sorry folks. I have never posted a negative review about any entity in my life. I have played on Ultimate Bet, Paradise Poker, Party Poker, Poker Room, Full Tilt, Poker stars...to name a few...and this pathetic excuse for a poker client is the worst of them all... I bought in for 100 dollars or so on a cash table ohhh, well like a month ago, and I won like 400, from there, I only got back the winnings into my account and not the winnings plus the buy in...in other words, if you are following my story, Lock explicitly stole over 100 from me and never returned it. They only credited my winnings and not the winnings plus the initial buy in. I have emialed support numerous times since then and I have gotten sub par, third rate responses. The pathetic thing is I would have deposited hundreds of dollars since this incident and they would have made way more off of me in rake and buy in fees if they would have been honest....Listen up, Lock poker...and basically I am speaking directly to the CEO of this enterprise, if you want to be the next Poker Stars and be legit, please take some time and learn how to run a real company. If not, feel free to be lame and not understand how to sweep the poker market off of its feet by being an honest and straightforward company. I mean, you are basically the only show in town and you can't even get it right???? This is pathetic on so many levels I can't even explain. Any current or potential players, stay away from this poker software which is sooooo 2004 by the way (pathetic graphics and slow service, makes UB look like Poker Stars). If you put money on here, you are hard up and just looking for a good time, nothing to be taken serious. Night.

I also deposited money, never hit my account, but came out of my bank account. Not sure if it's theft or horrible processing, but IT'S HAPPENING fanboy...it's really happening.

Get ur buy in back?? Why would u get the buy in back. Am I a newbie or I thought the buy in is the fee u pay to get into the game. I guess ur not talking about tourney but cash games. But still once u leave the table all money is auto credit back.

I don't really understand why lock turned so bad so quick. I play on intertops also and i will say that their customer service is the best i've seen since black friday. They actually have a live chat function that works, and their customer service has always been awesome for me. But it's true, lock has turned unbelievably shady in a very short amount of time.

Still have yet to receive the $100 that vanished from my account. I received one e-mail back, stating everything was o.k. and they did not owe me any money. They sent me an audit of a random day that was not the date in question. When I asked them to kindly audit the date in question (over three weeks ago, they refused to reply).

I have ALSO personally messaged Shane on this forum and he has refused to respond.

Overall, again, this site if pathetic to the core. I am a poker player that loves to play online and I will never use this site again....

Like I said, I have played on Full Tilt, Poker Stars, Ultimate Bet, Paradise Poker, Party Poker, Poker Room, Doyles Room, etc. etc. etc. and while they are not perfect, Lock Poker by far is the worst of them all.

I will bump this thread again in 1 month. In the mean time, if you want to make a deposit, can't say I didn't tell you so.

On June 18, they ADMITTED they owed me money. I will take a screen shot of the e-mail if you do not believe me.

My account same thing they froze my account, on a stupid mistake with my credit card. I handled it and finall got my account unfrozen. When I get on I am missing almost 300 I email them they say they have not took anything out of my account, told me to go to admin and check but every month is blank and every day.Lock give me my 300 back!!! Shane hate to ask you to look into it but pleas look into it.
