Here's 3 more players who requested in November that already have cash in hand. Those of us who requested our money in mid-late october, we are being ignored, lied to and not getting our money.

Here are the lies I have been told by LOCK:
1. They (LOCK) are waiting for WU to send my MTCN (a few days ago I was told my withdrawal was being sent out again in a new batch, so obviously they weren't waiting for WU to send an MTCN cause my money never went to WU)
2. On 11/14 LOCK told me it would take 5-7 business days
3. Live support told me it is impossible for them to give me anything, cash or tourney tickets for this inconvenience, the cashier is the only one who can do it. Then a customer support rep did exactly that the next day.
4. My email has been forwarded to the cashier, who will be in contact with me. I have yet to be contacted by the cashier and as far as I can see on the forums, not one person, who has not received their WU cashout, has received an email from the cashier.
The only customer service rep who I have talked to that seemed to even care or believe me that there was even a problem was Jack, but even he was not able to get any answers.
The wait would not be as bad if they didn't keep lying to me. I just can't trust this site at all.
