MTCN/Sender info: nothing

Has anyone with a WU withdrawal from mid-late october still pending ever received an email from the cashier about this? I haven't and I suspect no one has either.

What can we do about this? Is there anyone who can help us get to the bottom of this? We know Shane and the Lock reps are doing nothing about this, so what's our next step?

and now the WU withdrawal option has been gone for over a day...maybe because they are processing and paying the backlogged?

11/8 - Requested, 11/20 Declined / Approved.

Waiting on MTCN #. I realize that my wait hasn't been comparatively long but I just thought I'd add some more info.

I know you're just trying to add info, but this thread is for those of us who requested our withdrawal in mid-late october. It seems the november withdrawal requests are being processed and people are being paid.

Something happened to our withdrawal requests and NOTHING is being told to us or being done about it.

The cashier that our inquiries have been sent to for weeks now has yet to respond to any of us that I know of.

Do we have no recourse and no one to go to for help in this matter? Any suggestions at all, other than wait, wait and keep waiting?

I can state what has been previously mentioned in this thread that no single player has ever not received their cashouts. While there are some unforseen delays on occasion every single player gets their funds.
I can fully understand that you and Lock wouldn't disclose such information; it could even be detrimental to your payment processors if part of their agreement with you was to shield them from any potential exposure. On the same token, I'm sure you can appreciate the reality that this is also a reason why a payment processor might scam Lock and other vulnerable poker sites in similar situations as the anonymity factor and lack of consequence really sway the rewards > risks.

Also, while those who post in 2p2 are probably representing a negative sample size of players since (imo) more people with negative stories will come forward than those with positive ones, I think that to say "on occasion" is a bit overly optimistic word choice.

Re: Lock poker mid-late oct. WU backlog post

I received this email last night:

"Hello,

We have experienced some delays but I see that your Western Union payout will be included in our very next batch. It should not be too much longer. Please look out for your pickup info in the History section of your Cashier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Many thanks,

Mary

So I guess it'll be 5-7 business days from now, just like they told me on 11/14

Lock UserName: JMoney12

Initial Request Oct 27
Declined/Moved to Faster Processor Nov 14
MTCN# / Sender NOTHING STILL

I responded to an email inquiry I had initially sent more than 10 days ago, that I was supposed to be receiving my MTCN # in 5-7 business days. I got a response back saying I should have my MTCN # very soon. Whatever the heck that means. Now they can't even back up how long it will take.

Lock Support also failed to reply to my question about why people who were requesting in November were receiving WU payments already.

Re: Lock poker mid-late oct. WU backlog post

Just wanted to chime in since I withdrew mid October:

Withdraw: 10/15
Accepted: 11/7

Sender info popped up a few days ago, been sweating the MCTN since.

I'm sure the money will get here, but it is disappointing that Lock has taken nearly 6 weeks to make it happen.

Re: Lock poker mid-late oct. WU backlog post

Here's 3 more players who requested in November that already have cash in hand. Those of us who requested our money in mid-late october, we are being ignored, lied to and not getting our money.

Here are the lies I have been told by LOCK:

1. They (LOCK) are waiting for WU to send my MTCN (a few days ago I was told my withdrawal was being sent out again in a new batch, so obviously they weren't waiting for WU to send an MTCN cause my money never went to WU)

2. On 11/14 LOCK told me it would take 5-7 business days

3. Live support told me it is impossible for them to give me anything, cash or tourney tickets for this inconvenience, the cashier is the only one who can do it. Then a customer support rep did exactly that the next day.

4. My email has been forwarded to the cashier, who will be in contact with me. I have yet to be contacted by the cashier and as far as I can see on the forums, not one person, who has not received their WU cashout, has received an email from the cashier.

The only customer service rep who I have talked to that seemed to even care or believe me that there was even a problem was Jack, but even he was not able to get any answers.

The wait would not be as bad if they didn't keep lying to me. I just can't trust this site at all.

Req: 10-28
App/den: 11-14
Mtcn: 11-30
Cih: 12-1

Side note: I didn't write to support or start any threads. Just patiently waited on money. However had it gone past this week I would've made a support inquiry.

I'm really curious if this is actually the case... Bitch less and your payout will come faster. Yet don't we all deserve the right to bitch for super-delayed cashouts? People requesting in mid-late november see their CIH already and we're mid-late october not seeing ****.
