I can't wait to get home. We both have the same cashout details, hopefully I got the senders name added as well. it'll be the first thing I do when I get home. Many money before 2013?

Got my sender info too. That said, in another thread someone from my state (NY) went to get his cash today or yesterday and was told he was in a "restricted state," and couldn't have his money. Some issue with the way the sender filled out the form, apparently (according to his post). I'm hoping I haven't been waiting for 2 months only to be shot down yet again when trying to pick up. Will post when CIH.

I think their processor is one person in the Philippines who rides their bike 20 miles to a WU office once a week to do 1 person's cashout.

Is there anyone left who doesn't have at least the senders info? I find it a move in the positive direction that everyone has at least that which usually means the MTCN and cash is about a week or two away.

Not defending Lock obv but lets be honest we will take any movement in a positive direction at this point.

I requested 11/2 was denied and resubmitted 11/15, and have yet to receive either. So, I'm sure there are plenty of others who haven't received anything yet. Lock may be moving in a positive direction, they are just doing it painfully slow.

Here's another email I received from support that is completely untrue.

I've been waiting 64 days for my WU now and many people who requested after me have been paid.

"Thank you for your email. I can assure you that we process our withdrawals in the order they were requested so the fact that Western Union is now available for withdrawals will not affect your withdrawal. A player who requests a withdrawal now will not receive it before you do.

I have read all these post and pretty much all accurate with my pending situation. I have heard countless lies from support and still haven't gotten any " Real Info" on my pending cashout. I requested my cashout Nov 4th for $2,000 and then November 15th was re assigned to a new processor that was "Supposedly suppose to be faster" HA HA!!! What a joke! I have talked to support everyday and hear the same generic responses.

Our apologies for the delay. I see your payout will be processed in our next batch which should not be much longer at all. Please keep an eye out in the History section of your Cashier for your pickup information shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Quinn has even told me that I would have my funds by the end of the week but that never happened as well. Mary also has told me i would have my funds within 5-7 bussiness days of November 15th? What happened to that one?

Its countless lies that I have been receiving and i am getting sick of it. Shane doesnt respond to my EMAILS AT ALL! AND HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS! To this date I still have not even gotten a senders name and its Jan 1st! What is going on its just absurd. SHane we are all demanding good customer support and we will all be loyal customers. You are taking advantage of us and it seems to me you dont care at all!
