There aren't many precedents really as not many sites have a poker room manager. I think this is covered somewhere either in this thread or another thread. Right now part of my job description involves being active on the site and playing in various sorts of games so I can make recommendations for improvements etc. To be quite honest, this often involves me playing in games that are definitely NOT my strong suit and costs me money.
If you're that concerned you can def sharkscope me (I'm almost positive I'm a net loser in SnGs, never really been a huge SnG guy). If it still bothers you I recommend letting support know. quite honestly when I am playing there is often a very specific purpose behind it and it is almost always at fairly low stakes. I can definitely understand the concerns, but I have ZERO access to any of the back end systems, and if you look at my results it would be REALLY difficult for me to be pulling anything shady and putting up such meager results
