Re: Lock Poker

With regards to the ipad2 bonus, do you get paid out only if you rake $1000 or more, or can you clear a percentage? So if I rake $500 would I get a $250 bonus?

Re: Lock Poker

Hi Rizen,

Completed the IPad2 promo and I have a few questions:

(1) Are the IPad2 orders being submitted directly by Lock or by TheNuts?

(2) TheNuts state on their website and in another thread on this site that they will begin the process of submitting ipad orders as soon as players have raked $1k, yet I've read on this site that players who have contacted Lock have been told that this will not happen until the end of May. Which one of these is true?

(3) Will withdrawing my roll from Lock have any impact on me recieving the Ipad?

(4) Found out the other day that I can't cashout back to my visa with Lock. Is there either a cheque or bank transfer cashout option as I can't see either on the withdrawal screen (rather not have to open up a Moneybookers account just to withdraw). If so how do I select them on the withdrawal screen?

#1 and #2 I'm honestly not sure. I'm going to find out now and/or direct the appropriate people to this thread

#3 absolutely not

#4 check is an option for everyone. For a bank transfer you would have to contact support. If you're not seeing either on the screen please contact support then PM me with your username/e-mail and I will follow up.

Re: Lock Poker

Just talked to the right people, for #1 and #2:

1. Lock Poker is responsible for the sending of the iPad2s

2. Players qualified will be contacted today to confirm they have qualified. iPad2 will be sent in the end of May. If players pick the cash option they will get the money directly.

Re: Lock Poker

Signed up on Lock today, like the skin and software (very fast, easy to use and slick graphics), cash tables are all full to the brim at all stakes (mainly fish- though i'm grinding Microstakes [ LOL ] and haven't experienced higher stajes play) and though some people have issues with the rakeback system, if you put in enough volume it should be a solid investment.

Re: Lock Poker

Hey Rizen,

How long does it take for my check to be approved. I requested a check on 4/17 and it still is pending.

Re: Lock Poker

Asidman, what stakes and how many hours did you play to clear the iPad bonus? I am thinking about signing up for Lock but want to make sure I have enough time to clear the bonus. Thanks!

Rizen, is there any plans for Lock pulling out of the U.S. market?

How should I deposit if I were to start on Lock? Visa card hasn't been working anywhere.

Re: Lock Poker

I've been trying to get in contact with lock support for the last 3 days and unfortunately it's come to posting here to try to get help. I've requested a live chat 3 times without a single response (i've been checking my spam folder) and I've sent several e-mails. I haven't logged in for a while and need to recover my password and update my details. Seriously has been 3 days+ without any kind of response. TIA

Hey Tally, it took me about 50 hours 4 tabling mainly PLO50, just under 12k hands in total.

Re: Lock Poker

I've sent Lock Poker two messages so far about depositing money. You'd think they would want to solve my problem so that I could deposit money but it's been like 3 days and I haven't heard anything from them. What's the deal.

Re: Lock Poker

I attempted a WU transfer ($500) 2 days ago, as an initial deposit, and have received one rather vague email reply stating they couldn't "locate" the transfer (perhaps I entered the info incorrectly). I then (several hrs ago), initiated a "new" WU deposit via LockPoker, receiving a new receiver name, city, etc. I called WU and changed the details (using the same MTCN). Nonetheless, the transfer is still "pending approval" and the money in limbo (has not been picked up, nearing 2 days). Is there a way to speed this process/find out what exactly is going on? I've sent several informative emails over the last few days, but have heard almost nothing from the other end.

The associated email address is nmhess@purdue.edu (eh post?).
