It's not a HUGE deal since it's a small roll, but i am moving soon and all the extra cash i can get my hands on will help.

Not that this will help, but it kinda sounds like support is getting a little sarcastic with you, especially since you said it is a relatively small cashout.
Processing is taking a while. Nothing anybody says in this thread is gonna really help you.
FWIW I think people need to STOP overwhelming support with emails about the same issue. That can only be slowing them down. Send 1 email (it won't get lost) and let them do their job. Not saying that YOU in particular are doing this, but I've read so many posts that say "I've been sending them emails all week"....Well maybe if they didn't have 100 emails about the same thing they would actually be able to help their players within a reasonable timeframe...just saying
