They answered mine sent directly to the email rather than the one I sent using their support client.

I have tried both and havent noticed a difference between them answering one format and not the other. It did take 6 days to get confirmation on my documents. Hopefully my check gets processed sometime in the next few weeks so I can request a second one. We shall wait and see though.

Lockpocker seems to have good V.I.P but I just do not care for the black everything at the tables and you cannot change the layout.

as far as I know just 3 pretty little gold stars near your name. I think someone had said they were working on something for different levels or things to use points for.

lol i did that too hoping for a quick resolution. I could handle the 5-6 days waiting for the documents to be validating because i was still working on the promotion, but that is done, now I want my withdrawal processed so I can withdraw again and hopefully see some of my money at some point in time.
