Yeah, I already raked mine. They're making me wait til June 1st to get my $500 which is kind of gay, but I'm just glad for the awesome RB

Yeah, it's instant. Also, you'll notice there's no place to enter your bonus code. Just e-mail support and tell them you deposited via the casino and what bo9nus code you want to use. They were super quick, only took like 30 minutes to apply it, and it even gives you a nice little in-game popup message letting you know it;s been applied. Really impressed so far.

Second this. They apply the bonus super fast as long as you remember to ask for it.

Ya I have a few emails that have been left unanswered. I am starting to think they throw darts at a board to figure out which emails get answered.

If they only respond to 1 out of 3 emails does that mean send more emails so that increases your chance of getting a response..

They answered mine sent directly to the email rather than the one I sent using their support client.

I have tried both and havent noticed a difference between them answering one format and not the other. It did take 6 days to get confirmation on my documents. Hopefully my check gets processed sometime in the next few weeks so I can request a second one. We shall wait and see though.

Lockpocker seems to have good V.I.P but I just do not care for the black everything at the tables and you cannot change the layout.

as far as I know just 3 pretty little gold stars near your name. I think someone had said they were working on something for different levels or things to use points for.

I think its a crapshoot. I uploaded mine directly and was confirmed within 24 hours. Send it both ways!

lol i did that too hoping for a quick resolution. I could handle the 5-6 days waiting for the documents to be validating because i was still working on the promotion, but that is done, now I want my withdrawal processed so I can withdraw again and hopefully see some of my money at some point in time.
