Verneer, I believe you have to deposit again after completing the iPad promotion to get the other bonus.

To rizen or anyone else with experience playing on Lock, is there a way to check when RB is deposited into your account every day? I know there are ledger and account history options on the player admin page as well as rakeback reports, but I have yet to find any option that allows you to actually see when RB was deposited to your account.

This may be nitpicking, but FTP would always show transfer histories and rakeback payments were explicitly listed.

Someone asked this earlier in the thread but it hasnt been answered. Does a Holdem Manager Hud work on Lock Poker? If so, what setting should I change in HEM to start seeing my HUD on the tables after one hand.

It does. Once you set everything up (i.e. - hands are importing), you have to use Table Finder.

I have not tried it, but others have said that HEM HUD does work on Lock. As for getting it to work, you might wanna ask in the HEM forums for a good answer to that. You probably just have to change a couple of settings.

Cool, thanks for the advice verneer and nutbar. I had my hud come up while playing a husng, but it only showed in the lobby lol, it wouldnt display over the table, and the hands would update, the bbs would update, but no other stats would update. I'm gonna go post in the software forum to see if they have any advice on how to get my hud working properly (fwiw i used to play on stars and full tilt and the hud would work and display right on the table and insta update after each hand)

It does show in your 'history' in your cashier. It is just listed as 'adjustment' and not rakeback or something else. You can also click the 'player admin' button in the main lobby and there is a button along the side navigation called 'rakeback report' that gives 120 days history on your rakeback. You can also access it in the player dashboard (http://admin.lockpoker.com) and there is a 'reports' section where 'Lockback' is listed and it will show a daily report. there are all kinds of other stats you can look at in there, as well as sharkscope integration and some other tools.

There are a lot of places to see it, it's just a different navigation method than FTP. I think once you know how to use it that it is better since there is so much more information available.

I will talk to them about this. We created an automated script to help people who had failed deposits and cut down on support time dedicated to these requests since it is such a common issue. Obviously it was never intended to spam or annoy people. I'll talk to them about fixing the script ASAP.

My visa didn't work for depositing so I used western union and did it online and got my money in a few minutes.

Granted, it's harder to find tables on lock, and I don't like how the majority of open 100NL tables are bad beat tables. But I've been playing 50NL 6max and there's all these players that are so much softer than on the other sites.

After 2500 hands I'm already at 7.5% of the way to the ipad promo and it'll get cleared once my finals are over ^^

Obviously there is risk involved with depositing on poker sites. Especially now.

What is Lock Poker doing that is different from the top 3 sites? PS/FT/UB were bigger targets, but is Merge/Lock using the same deposit/cash out practices that they were?

After black Friday, what makes Lock Poker confident that they will not be shut down? Why should players feel comfortable keeping money on there, when even the top 3 sites were vulnerable to having players funds frozen?

Anyone had any luck depositing with the international prepaid Visa cards? I bought one to get on FTP, but don't want to drop cash on such a card if it's not going to work on Lock... Anyone ever hear of people successfully getting money on via a Paypal account? Maybe by trading?

This is an especially important question considering Merge traffic has increased 61% since Black Friday, and if anyone were next to be shut down in the eyes of the DOJ, it'd probably be they.

I'd just want to know I'd get my money back eventually, as seems to be the case with FTP/Stars.
