I asked this question yesterday and then i posted the response i got lol

Hi ,

I just signed up and have a question. If i want to withdraw using a check, it says that i need to provide the following

Prior to a Check payout the following must be scanned and emailed
A valid photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)
2. A scan of your credit/debit card (front and back) that you used to fund your Lock account.
3. A credit/debit card statement.
4. A utility bill

Does this mean that i need to send all 4 or just one of the 4? Thank you

Hahah, yeah I had to send all docs as well, except for the credit cards since I deposited via Neteller.

Right now there is no conversion rate. I believe it is something that is planned for the future though.

Lots of general support/deposit questions. I'm sure everyone can understand that support has been OVERWHELMED recently. while we try and prepare for the worst case scenario in terms of support load, obviously what happened April 15th is really nothing we could plan for. I truly believe our support team is second to none, they're just really backed up right now and working really hard. We're beefing up the team as quickly as possible. In the mean time, feel free to ask me any questions here or via PM and I will do my best to answer them. Obviously there are some things I'll need to defer to support, but I will do my best.

As far as deposits go I know I've had people have success with their Visa card, but they had to call the card company and let them know the charges were valid (I believe the charge shows up as coming from China) after the initial decline then they went through subsequently. This hasn't been true for all Visa card users but it's worked for far more than I thought it might.

UseMyWallet is often the next best option but it is an invite-only eWallet. You have to contact support to use this method and then they will fire off an invite and instructions.

western union also usually works very well, the two posts on this thread are the first times I've heard of anyone having issues with it. If those two (or anyone else who has problems with it) can PM me I can see what I can do to find out what is going on.

I apologize to anyone who doesn't feel like they've gotten a timely reply from support. This is really sort of a 'black swan' event almost. We appreciate the patience and while most people I've talked to have gotten fairly quick turnaround times (usually 24 hrs or less) I do understand there are some people who have had to wait longer. Please feel free to contact me and if there is anything I can do to help, I will.

Also, I'm not sure if what i'm posting about the deposits methods violates any rules. If it does I do apologize and please admins feel free to edit out everything after the first paragraph that deals with it.

I will be playing on lock as well. Havent deposited yet and it took support a few days to get back to me but thats ok cause they did get back to me. I like the software its not as good as FTP or stars but its alright and the game selection isnt too bad either.

They could make clearing bonuses a little easier and beef up support and Lock might grow to an awesome place to play poker.

I'm liking Lock Poker more and more. They got back to me in 3 days but I understand. They didn't expect this surge of people. Hopefully in a few months, there will be 20000 people on there. There is already 10000 on it.

i was investigating lock poker and asked a few questions of their support. for one question they referred me to "mypokerbasics.com" this was one paragraph on the page:

"At Lock Poker, you’ll primarily be squaring off against US and European players that see the game quite differently. They’re not playing there trying to get rich or to hustle players out of their hard-earned money; people choose Lock Poker when they want to face off against quality competition in a fun, friendly atmosphere."

i found the entire page insulting. more than that i found it very revealing about the ethics of whoever wrote it and whoever approved it. i'm interested in any vother opinions, pro or con.

Just wanted to let everbody know i opened an account at start of month with nutsipad2 promo.I can tell you the games are soft when comparing to tilt or stars.I would recommend the site now that they have processed withdrawl.I cleared bonus and got an email saying ipad2 will be shiped out on the 31st of May or you can get cash option of $500.Once you clear the ipad2 bonus you have 1st time deposit of 200% up to $1,200 also available.Beside the slow support at beginning i feel much better in recommending the site now that i have received a cashout.Hopefully support getting there act together.I can say both Rizen and thenuts have been very helpful looking into any concerns that i had.

1 question.

Is the bonus page in your player admin immediately up tot date after finishing a session? Or does it take some time before it is updated?

With the bonus page I mean the page where you can see how much % you have cleared of the ipad bonus.

I did the ipad promotion through p5's but how do you know if it even worked? For some reason I am showing the points on the pts page, however "lockback earned" says 0....

Is this something I need to confirm through support to make sure I got the rakeback and promotion?

well it,s nice too see some of you guys getting results.i have been waiting almost a week now for my cashout.i sent all my documents after 2 days.i have emailed them and it,s been 2 days and i have not got any email back.it just say cashout is still pending.i cannot see what the holdup is personally.ok they have had alot of new sign ups due to recent events but thats no reason to neglect existing players

It takes some time to update - I believe it is updated daily; not sure of the exact time though.

Lock has been having problems paying casino players even relatively modest amounts. They've been taking months to pay out. There are multiple threads on Casinomeister about this, for example:

Personally, I wouldn't trust them with my money.

yer interesting thread.but its lock casino right?im on lock poker but im not impressed with the service.i have sent 2 emails now after waiting 5 days and no one is replying to my emails.im starting to get a little worried.i also pmd rezen the poker room manager but even he has not got back to me.personally i think the support is awfull

I had a failed deposit, and then 10 seconds later I had a successful deposit.

Two days later I got an unsolicited email from them telling me "sorry you had deposit problems, try this way", well after I already had success.

What is the minimum/ maximum for bank transfers? How long do they take/ what is the fee?

I really want to deposit on Lock because of their sweet deals, obviously. But if it's going to take weeks--if not, months-- to receive a payment, then it's not worth. I know all of us American are struggling with the same situation, so I'm not trying to be a butt-head.

I got bills to pay. lol.

I'm still not clear on this. TheNuts, in their GotM has the following T&C:

4. Players participating in this promotion are not eligible for a first deposit bonus.

Is that true? If you signed up for the iPad2, are you not able to clear the $1,200 bonus?

Also, what are the fees of cashing out via Check?

I will try and find out on the bank transfers. I know right now withdrawals have been taking about twice as long as normal, but have been being processed regularly. I've talked to multiple people here and outside of 2p2 who have received withdrawals.

As far as the casino side questions go, not to use a cop out answer but the casino uses a different network than the poker side. I don't work with the casino side so I don't know what the issues are there, but the networks handle the cash outs so what happens on the casino side is completely unrelated to the poker side.

I know for a fact that we are working on new solutions that will improve BOTH sides but I can't really reveals what those are or what the ETA is given the change in the environment in the last couple of weeks.

I apologize I had some personal issues come up this weekend so I couldn't monitor this thread or answer PMs promptly, but I will be checking multiple times per day the rest of the week.

Hey guys, I just create a new account in lock poker.
But, after I click the deposit button and fill in Western union transfer I felt there is something wrong and go checking news on internet and saw your comment about lockpoker.
Therefore, I didn't go transfering that money.
Now, lockpoker keeping sending me emails every half hour!! That's right ,every half hour !!! It makes me feel much more weird!
