1. Lock Poker is responsible for the sending of the iPad2s

2. Players qualified will be contacted today to confirm they have qualified. iPad2 will be sent in the end of May. If players pick the cash option they will get the money directly.

Signed up on Lock today, like the skin and software (very fast, easy to use and slick graphics), cash tables are all full to the brim at all stakes (mainly fish- though i'm grinding Microstakes [ LOL ] and haven't experienced higher stajes play) and though some people have issues with the rakeback system, if you put in enough volume it should be a solid investment.

I've sent Lock Poker two messages so far about depositing money. You'd think they would want to solve my problem so that I could deposit money but it's been like 3 days and I haven't heard anything from them. What's the deal.

I attempted a WU transfer ($500) 2 days ago, as an initial deposit, and have received one rather vague email reply stating they couldn't "locate" the transfer (perhaps I entered the info incorrectly). I then (several hrs ago), initiated a "new" WU deposit via LockPoker, receiving a new receiver name, city, etc. I called WU and changed the details (using the same MTCN). Nonetheless, the transfer is still "pending approval" and the money in limbo (has not been picked up, nearing 2 days). Is there a way to speed this process/find out what exactly is going on? I've sent several informative emails over the last few days, but have heard almost nothing from the other end.

Really disappointed by the communication w/ LockPoker thus.. No phone number to call, live chat enabled, but no one ever available. At such a pivotal business opportunity, you'd expect some leadership/ass-kicking going on. I understand the overwhelming circumstances, but cmon.. DO WORK!

So pissed I signed up too quickly after black friday on the first decent affiliate I saw on google (and before this thread was discussing it). I saw the ipad2 promo but had no idea the 200% bonus was ALSO still possible. So I signed up with an affiliate that advertised the 200% and not the ipad...because $1200 is worth than an ipad2 ldo.

So I guess I get no ipad and can't change this? Oh well. Obviously I would have signed up elsewhere had I known the sign-up included BOTH the ipad and the 200% thing.

If I downloaded the software and created an account, but did not make a deposit yet, can I still be eligible for the ipad promo? When is the latest I can sign up for it and still have the full 60 days to complete the requirement?

I just started playing on Lock Poker on a mac. Does anyone else notice that the settings never save? i.e. auto-muck, auto-rebuy, player labels, etc.

Also, is there a way to easily see how many tables someone is playing, like "Find Player" on FT?

hi guys.im trying to cashout on lock too.i made a withdrawel request then had a email back saying it takes 72 hours to clear thought ok.then 2 days later they asked for all my documents i also did this promptly and nothing.its been well over 72 hours now and i got a email saying they are very very busy with requests.i deposited via moneybookers and personally think this is unacceptable.on tilt it took them 5 hours max too put it into my click and buy or money bookers account and on party 3 days to go straight into my bank.should i be worried?

This is nuts. I've been waiting for days to play on Lock Poker. I can't deposit via WU because it says I just can't. Also, they say I'm not eligible for THENUTSIPAD2. I emailed support and contacted the Lock Poker representative here. The rep emailed me back but I still can't deposit. WTF?

I wanted to see this as well, but with 1 click 1000 points were exchanged for $10. That means for every 100 points you get $1 usd.

And I asked support if this exchange had any effect at the ipad promotion and they told me that the exchange have no effects at the bonus.
